Hopefully you book hotels based on reviews. DO NOT STAY HERE! We lost count of how many roaches were in our room. And so many burn marks all over the blankets. No idea how this place is allowed to still operate. Went downstairs to tell the HIGH AS A KITE desk guy that we weren't staying and he couldn't care less. Just said contact hotels.com for a refund.

Great hotel! Me and my family stayed there for almost 6 months in a suite and they were so accommodating and worked with us on payments. The 2 males one older during the day and one younger at night were always very helpful and nice! It’s not a 5 star but it’s cozy and comfortable and the housekeeper from Honduras was always on time with towels and sheets and very friendly!

First of all and most importantit has ROACHES. On the choice app it says it has a hot breakfast..... it does not it has no breakfast, not even coffee . The lamps on the side of the bed were outdated and rusty, they did not have anywhere to charge your phone near the bed .The microwave was disgusting, the couch had stains on it, the remote control only change the channels. I had to get up and manually turn it on and off and turn the volume up or down. I will never stay here again, and my advice to anyone looking at this hotel.... keep looking for another hotel

This was the worst stay I have ever had, especially as a choice member. I got bed bug bites. The entire hotel smelled, the sheets and towels were dirty and had stains and hair on them. Half the lights didn’t work or were missing. The room doors were all beaten and have a bunch of dents. The door would get stuck when trying to open and close it. There was no breakfast as advertised when I went downstairs before 8:45am. Very misleading from what the website describes and the hotel photos are deceiving. If you have a better hotel option for a little higher price, go with the smoother, nicer stay.

First of all, when booking hotels PLEASE READ REVIEWS. GREATEST MISTAKE EVER, when booking. This “hotel” is literally something I have never seen before. Either “Choice Hotels” haven’t seen this, or it’s a prank literally. The pictures, for starters is nothing like what you’ll see in person. The outside is very well kept, but the inside is hideous. Every door upstairs was extremely worn and torn. The entire carpet starting from the stairs to the entire second floor is FILTHY!! Walked into the room and was immediately sick to my stomach. The entire room smelled moldy. Closed the door then realized the frame was broken to shambles and it didn’t even have a secure latch lock behind the door, IT WAS MISSING. Put my things down to run to the restroom and tried to open the door and the frame was moving back and forth as I forced the door. To finally get in to a very unsanitary toilet, and a shower with the curtain pulled back with water and pubes EVERYWHERE; Some one just showered! Went downstairs for another room and was told there wasn’t any available, after trying to accommodate me and my tired brother after traveling till 4am to even settle for a king size bed, and then was told there wasn’t anything available. Demanded a refund and the guy at the front counter then said all of a sudden something became available. We insisted on the refund instead and was told there was nothing he could do at that time of the morning, he called his manager got no answer and asked us to just come by in the morning. We had to find another hotel nearby to get some rest. Went the next morning and the guy the next morning was much more nice AND VERY HELPFUL. Called someone and let us know that the return would be made in 2 days, We checked the banking app only to see the card was charged twice!! VERY UPSET ABOUT IT. ABSOLUTELY NO STARS, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽🍅🍅🍅
