Pricing for what you get. Functional suites. The vents smelled bad if you used the heat. 1 out of 2 tvs in the room were good quality. Breakfast from 6am till 9am. Standard hotel foods. Had break ins in the parking lot of peoples cars - not mine thank God! Overall a clean/quiet place. Staff doesn't really bother you unless you need something. One of the housekeepers was rude though upon our requests the bathroom be cleaned when we arrived.

I stayed for 6 days at this hotel! The layout of the hotel is really nice and the housekeepers and front desk people are nice! The manager on the other hand is extremely unprofessional! She is the type of manager that will tell the customer that they are wrong when they're employees give out the wrong information, and she has no conflict resolution skills! They will tell you one price depending on who you talk to but charge you something totally different! This hotel is extremely unorganized and has no issue processing unauthorized charges! Furthermore, the bed is comfortable but the backboard was greasy! The walls are thin and the internet kept disconnecting! The towels and bedsheets had stains. There is literally no maintenance at all! The equipment half-way worked in the fitness center or not at all! The laundry room washing machine doesn't clean your clothes well and it is dirty in there! The tub and sink was clogged and only one remote worked! I would not recommend this hotel!!!!! thanks

My wife and I stayed here since we had a long flight the next day. At first glance the room was in great shape but upon further inspection it was sub par to say the least. No room is perfect and having stayed in pretty bad as well as very upscale hotels this room had some issues that weren't acceptable and odd. For starters there were a few stains on the walls. I'm sure housekeeping could have taken the extra 2 minutes to wipe the walls. Secondly, there was pubic hair in the toilet. It was obvious the bathroom was not addressed because the shower curtain smelled sour and there were bugs in the bathroom. The last issue and most off was there were blueberries on the carpet. I discovered this the next morning when I sat down on the couch and smashed one under my feet. I then noticed at least 5 other blueberries on the carpet which led me to conclude that this room was not vacuumed either. One other issue I had was that one of the couch cushions had a zipper off track and the pillow was sticking out. Again, house cleaning could have addressed this issue. Overall, the desk clerk was nice which is why I'm not giving this hotel a lower review. My suggestion is if you decide to stay hear bring your own cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner just in case your room is neglected as was ours.

I gave it 5 stars, I did have an issue when I got here. My reservation was booked thru a 3rd party and it didn't show up in their system. I was evacuated out of lake charles and this was the cheapest I could afford so I booked it for 4 days. When I got here they didn't have my reservation and I drove all day so I was exhausted and hungry and wanted a shower. I wound up having to book a room that night again and yes I was very upset however, luckily a lady from the 3rd party booking found my reservation and fixed it. I got credited my money back for that night. And the staff was super sweet and very helpful and apologized non stop. So I couldn't be mad at them just the situation. My stay was great! The room was clean and spacious. The only things that shocked me a little were no coffee maker in the room ( it was in the lobby) and only one trash can (very small) so makes for more trips to change trash out. Also the remote to both tvs. They didn't wanna turn the TV on, you had to point it in a certain direction and even then some of the channels were not getting reception. There wasn't a guide so you flipped thru for a while. Other than those small things I had a decent stay. Also make sure to not have your cell phone around your room key, as it deactivates it. Had to get mine fixed 3 times. Staff is great! Very sweet and helpful.

The hotel advertises airport shuttle service on their website. Having checked in, we were told they do not have a shuttle service. We were not offered an explanation or alternatives. We had the front desk call for a taxi in the morning. We waited over an hour despite having given staff ample time. The staff was not helpful after repeatedly inquiring as to where our taxi was. We ended up missing our international flight. 2/10 Would not stay again nor would recommend.
