For the price, this hotel really can’t be beat. It’s not perfect, but the bed was comfortable, the airport shuttle is free (you do have to call upon arrival, though, to request a pick-up), the rooms are spacious and clean, and there’s a fitness center. No, breakfast is not extravagant, but again, for the price, I’d say it’s fair. The a/c is a little finicky, but we were decently comfortable. Again, for the price we were very satisfied with our stay, and will stay again if we’re back in the area.

Last month, my family and I had the experience of staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, we encountered some challenges in communicating with the staff. While the rooms were impressively spacious and maintained impeccably clean, boasting a well-appointed bathroom and a truly outstanding shower, I feel compelled to issue a strong caution regarding the breakfast offerings. In my opinion, they are simply unacceptable. If your taste buds are exclusively drawn to various forms of bread, then perhaps you might find some satisfaction. However, for anyone seeking a more substantial or varied "hot breakfast" experience, I can only describe what they present as a disappointment. The so-called "hot breakfast" consists primarily of a cooler stocked with butter, jelly, cold milk, yogurt, various fruit juices, and coffee. Beyond that, the only cereal choices are Cheerios and Fruit Loops. There is also a waffle maker and a bread cabinet containing white bread, wheat bread, and bagels. It is also worth mentioning that the coffee area was closed until breakfast service began, meaning guests couldn't obtain coffee before that time. To add insult to injury, the one-cup coffee machine that was provided in our room was unfortunately non-functional. we were very disappointed also to use the business office computer and printer???they gave you two sheets of paper any more you had to pay them, our luggage was left outside the door and i am disabled but they didn't do anything but remove our luggage from their van. We have stayed at Quality inns at other locations and have no complaints. NEVER will we stay here again

Airport pickup was helpful and friendly. Bed very comfortable. They charge $25 per room for late checkout which is annoying. I would understand if it were a 1 pm checkout but for noon that's tough. The bfast is extremely minimal. Only waffle machine which I cant eat. Hard boiled eggs would be nice at least for a protein. No coffee after breakfast. they should really have a coffee tea and water station up 24 hours a day. They clerk at the desk can easily maintain. These are things that I rely on at a low budget hotel these days. Help us out on the road guys. Please. Wifi good and fast btw thx..... I appreciate that response... Location if flying into Houston Hobby is excellent. Bed comfortable. Room spacious and furniture nice. People very nice. Don't stay here for the complimentary breakfast, but they do provide something to start your day for free. Free overnight parking available. Accessible room is not very accessible. It did have a wheelchair picture on outside of the door, so I know it was meant for wheelchair users. Roll in shower, no bars, no way to lower shower head, we had to ask for a shower chair. No bars even near toilet. We would stay here again if they made the accessible room actually accessible.. If you don't need an accessible room, then don't hesitate to book.

1st time trying this and it’s was good from the bad reviews the really changed so that good. Customer service was outstanding the lady at the front desk really help out with the room I didn’t get on the $100 deposit on top of the payment hopefully I get that back for the room which was $84 a night but I stay from 12am-11:15am other than that it’s was good and it’s literally right next to Hobby Airport the drive is 2 minutes the walk to the closest airport parking is 10 seconds away. so I recommend this Hotel if you want to be right next to the Airport 🛫
