The waffle mix was good but not enough to choose from. My room curtains did not close all the way so I was up all night because the light from the parking lot was shining in my room finally put a ink pin on the curtain to keep it closed the beds were small and I had 4 people in the room did not have enough towels went down stairs at night to ask for more but no one was there. Went to the vending machine for a drink the sign on the machine said does not give change what a rip off. The pool was dirty there where 2 big trucks parked on the other side of the pool area making a lot of noise because the drivers kept the vehicles running. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

The staff is very unpleasant. A $50 deposit was required for damages, when I asked what do they mean by damages they could not give me any details other than no smoking or pets. She wanted cash for the deposit instead of credit card. They gave us 2 towels for a family of 5 and questioned why I needed more. They would not give me any fresh towels until the dirty ones came back. Staff is not friendly, pool is small and the breakfast is below average. If you can call cereal and only waffles breakfast. Overall experience was not great. Not family friendly, decent location is about the only thing I can compliment.

Quality Suites is a Very Affordable in Pricing. It's a Comfortable Stay! With No Problems. It's Also VeryClean. Great Customer Service. They have a Decent Breakfast. Overall Great Atmosphere! Highly Recommend!

Peter was very accommodating as well as Mayra. I recommend this hotel. Sleep was peaceful, pool is clean. Laundry works well. Restaurants all over.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my entire life. 1st off they tried to tell us the prices listed on Priceline were wrong, then had the wrong address listed.
