We stayed at Westlake RV Resort this past weekend and had a good experience overall. Our pull‑through site was clean, and we appreciated the onsite amenities like the dog wash and propane. The location is convenient, though it’s right in the middle of a busy commercial area. The park does have quite a few long‑term residents, and some sites have personal items around them. It gives more of an extended‑stay park vibe rather than what I would typically consider a “resort,” so future guests may want to keep that in mind. The photos online look like they were taken when the property was newer. The highlight of our stay was the customer service. Erich Chapman, the property manager, was extremely helpful and hospitable. When we discovered our water pump had burst from the recent ice storm, we had to leave our cargo area open with a fan while attending an event. We appreciated that nothing was disturbed and that everyone was understanding. Overall, a good stay with great customer service—just not quite the resort atmosphere we were expecting.

We just pulled in for an over night stay to get off the road. April took my call and she was sweet as could be. Price was fair, but for some reason they charge a $5 "booking fee" I mean you have to book the site so why add a fee?? Asked April if she got it cause she booked it but no, just a fee for really nothing....anything for a buck. We were parked on the pond which for some reason was the cheapest and the best from what I could see. They didnhave good wifi, which is hard to find at campgrounds 😂

The RV park was conveniently located to our job site that we were working. I do like having the area outside the fence where you can allow your dogs to run all leash. And also, if there was an issue, the staff responded appropriately and being able to have packages delivered there was a plus.

We were downsizing from a home in area. We were rookies, from day one the management has always been there. We moved due to health onto our lots recently. The storage spaces so handy right here & didn't flood as others in area did. Almost 7 years. West side hospitals, shopping all close. Thanks Westlake RV resort. Doug + Sarah

This RV Resort is outstanding. I only spent 2 months there but will definitely go back I've stayed in 3 RV Parks in this area and Westlake is the best by far. Erich and his Management Team are very knowledgeable and helpful. Bottom line Westlake is my choice. James Harbuck
