LakeView exceeded every expectation I had! From the moment I booked my reservation, the process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to the incredibly helpful staff who truly go above and beyond for their guests. As a patient at MDA, I needed a safe, comfortable place to call home for a month—and LakeView delivered on every front. I stayed in a fully furnished park model/tiny home within a secure, gated community, which provided peace of mind throughout my stay. Weekly housekeeping made life easier, and the on-site laundry facilities were always convenient. The newly remodeled bathhouses were spotless, secure, and felt like a spa retreat. The Recreation Room was a favorite spot—always spotless, stocked with fresh popcorn and hot coffee, and perfect for relaxing or meeting new friends. The entire park radiates a sense of community, warmth, and tranquility. Everyone I met, many of whom are here for work or MDA, was welcoming and kind. LakeView is also home to several permanent residents and “Winter Texans,” creating a close-knit, friendly atmosphere where no one is a stranger. My experience here has been truly wonderful, and I am deeply grateful to the LakeView team for making such a positive impact during an important time in my life. FYI: -Yes, the front desk will accept packages and mail. -Golf carts are available for rent. -There is a different laundry card for the front and back facilities. -Awesome food trucks are on site several nights a week! -The shuttle is great and will bring you back to the park, even if the schedule doesn’t say it.

If you are visiting Houston area this place is a nice stop. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the visit. We were there for football and this place in located less than 10 mins from NRG stadium. The complex is neat/clean, staff friendly, beautiful lakes with fountains. Sites are a little close together but that seems common in most resorts. It is gated so felt safe. We were in spot #50 and I believe that whole row of spots are the best in the complex. The park is surrounded by highways or busy streets so there is some traffic noise. The back row where spot 50 is has cows and horses behind it for a nice buffer from the noise. It's not horribly loud but you can hear it when some kid has a racer muffler on their car. The fitness room is more like part of a bigger room, would be better if they built a wall to separate the 2 spaces. The other part of the room is a hang out with coffee, popcorn so people just lounging while you are working up a sweat. The sites are level and concrete, there's about 4 RV's that should be removed from the park b/c they are an eyesore, there's a few park models watch for the one with the large german shep dog that she/owner can't control :( as it came after our dogs. It was Cmas time so everyone was nicely decorated. Water pressure was good, wifi worked fine, no complaints. Overall a very nice place and we would stay again. Call the office and see if they have better pricing than what is listed on their site.

We had to stay in Houston for an extended period due to my husband having major surgery at MDA. Lakeview felt like our home away from home. It is a gated community that felt safe for me when I had to stay there alone. It was easy to get to the hospital from there and was close to everything else I needed. The managers are nice and accommodating. There is a little road noise and in the back, there was also daytime noise from heavy equipment but it was no big deal to me. In the laundry room, I had to run the dryer twice to get my clothes dry but it was only $1 per cycle. I would recommend Lakeview over all other RV parks in the area.

Lakeview RV Resort is more than just an RV park — it’s a haven for those of us who have traveled to Houston for cancer treatments at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Anita, the resort manager, is exceptionally kind, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. She has laughed with us, cried with us, prayed for us, and made us feel like family. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this resort, its beautiful amenities, and its caring staff. The bathhouse is always spotless, the clubhouse is well appointed, and the laundry facilities are clean, accessible, and well maintained. The lake is peaceful, and the porch swings, rocking chairs, and BBQ stations make it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings whenever you like.

Great RV park. They have everything you need for a complete stay either it be 1 day or 6 months. Staff are super friendly and very helpful when asked. Sites are all concrete and nice. Hookups were easy and correct. Would stay again..
