-5 stars this place is rouch infested rooms are nothing like website images the employees rude u. Help full frome themanegement to the cleaning staff all rooms smell like siguerets and M/j. If your looking for a nice quiet place this is NOT it . Other guests are aloud to party a night long Austin P/D was even called the night I was there and soon as they Left party started .also remember to lock you cars and take your valuables with don't want to start with what ever it is that goes on in parking lot .save your self the the time and money and look otherwise because if you book on line $57 the website says is not respected in my case It was charged a extra $150 deposit that I didn't get because like I said it smelled like siguerets in room when arrived.

Don't search further. This is it. Safe. Clean. Calm. Amazing location. And great value for money. Pool, amenities, smoking and non smoking. Amazing staff Breakfast. SomevBusiness needs support. Free wifi. Plenty of parking. Totally wheelchair supportive in all imagined accounts. A great shout for NEIL from evening shift, and Mucash from morning shift. Third class, hotel, Customer Service they don’t know how to talk to the customer. really very bad people work there. I don’t want to recommend to anyone using their service. They deserve zero star. They never cleaned the room, cockroaches and spider inside the room and bathroom also very disgusting bad smell inside the room and a bathroom. It’s look like you live in India in a very bad location.

Happen to stay here for a night as one of my friends was there for a couple of weeks after moving from India. The location of the hotel is very much accessible and close to the highway and all basic needs for someone to stay there comfortably even for a longer stay. Hotel's service good enough at least for the amount you pay for stay. The rooms were clean enough but had some smoking smell even in non-smoking room and needed some repair. Overall it is not bad choice for a longer stay on budget or just for a quick nap on your long journey,

Omg front desk guy was horrible wouldn’t allow me to look at the room 1st before I booked it because it was dark🤔? Then quoted me a price per person in the room and gave me a kitchenette without a kitchenette, rm 106 so when I went to report it he followed me back to my room demanding to see the room (that he works at to confirm that it didn’t have a kitchenette). Shouldn’t he know that he works here. Walking in on my elderly mother using the bathroom for the key. Like we were going to stay in the room as my daughter retrieved another room with a kitchenette. Of course he moves us to the 2nd floor that had a kitchenette without any pots or pans and didn’t have any on the property to purchase. No cups, plates or cutlery. Door wasn’t secured as it had deadbolt broken off. Space in door where you could see it had been kicked it. He didn’t give us the senior citizen discount and didn’t want to give us a receipt 🧾 and didn’t apologize for seeing my mother in her depends. Charged me $88. Rude, disrespectful and disgusting behavior and worst customer service ever! To have 3 generations of women in a room that doesn’t have any capability to secure us and making us feel like we’re in the wrong for telling him that he should have known that what we paid for wasn’t what he gave us! I couldn’t sleep all night because I felt someone was going to come in. We’re checking out asap and going to another place because our safety is 1#!
