I know we all see many reviews and wonder if they are real. Here is a real review and the reason I will stay nowhere else in Houston from now on... The phacility is somewhat older and shows it age, but all the rooms are comfortable, spacious , and functional. The price is quite reasonable (and even on the low side to be truthful) We have been here nearly 1 month as our Daughter was involved in an accident and has been in teh ICU at a Memorial Herman. We started with 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. One room the blow drier did not function. I mentioned it and that equipmetn was replaced that day prior to our return from the hospital. Both rooms were clean and free of any issues other than their age. Later, I found hat they had suites and we moved to a suite. This came with a livingroom as one room of a pair of attached rooms, and the bedroom as the other. This gave us space to be awake and about while some of our group slept in the otehr room. I also gave us 2 bathrooms. The beeds in all 3 rooms we on the firm side for me, but adeqaute for the rest of my group. Breakfast included Eggs, Sausage, waffles, and mutlple other bread, fruit and cereal options. The staff has been right there to address any small issue we had with a room and repaired that issue the same day. I cannot speak highly enough about this place! Thanks for being here!

From the moment I walked in, I knew it was going to be a great stay. Front desk staff was very polite and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfy. The hotel was very quiet, cozy and homey. Breakfast was great and breakfast staff was very attentive to keeping it stocked. Felt very safe too. Overall, just a lovely,lovely stay!

Staff was super nice. Breakfast was amazing for what you would expect and I know it’s weird to say but those carpets and rooms are super clean. Also nice having a suite. And super easy to walk to nrg stadium. I know Houston has its history but I totally felt safe and comfortable there. The house keeping also made our beds even tho we had so much clothes sitting on it. And they put everything back right where it was

Would NOT recommend!! Originally booked online as we have a loved one in the hospital nearby and when in shock how run down this place was. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful but the environment was awful. We were in B building and when we went to go inside the door is broke and rigged with a key card so anyone has access to the building and another of the AC units were pulled apart outside (pictures included). The building is dark when you get inside. I also checked our window when we got to our room bc it sounded as if the door was open and you could hear the interstate next to us, and found a homeless persons cart on our patio. Overall, very run down and questionable area.

We stayed over night. 2/3/26.Grate hotel and awesome staff. Our room was clean. The bed was ok but needs bigger pillows. I enjoyed my extra blanket. Over all awesome stay.
