My husband and I have stayed at this location at least four times now for work. Mr. Patel the manager is wonderful. He has been extremely accommodating and always remembers us. (Even late nights when we were in a jam) The staff are all friendly. The rooms are always clean. The beds are always comfortable, and the sheets are cotton. I prefer staying here over any Airbnb in the area. (Pets are welcomed) They have breakfast every morning and washer/dryers are available. There is also an indoor pool and gym. Mr. Patel and his staff have made us feel welcome like Family. Overall I would say the cleanliness is a 10/10 and the price is extremely affordable.

The stay here was absolutely amazing and so comfortable. We could not stop talking about how perfect the night was in such a comfortable bed with an abundance of pillows... Check ✔️ in was easy and the staff was more than helpful and genuinely attentive to all our needs that made our stay so much better. The room was GREAT! And clean to detail.... Jack was extremely kind, helpful and truly a joy to be around.

The internet on the TVs were out throughout the whole hotel, which made it impossible for streaming, so you're stuck with basic channels with the repetitive commercials playing over and over. I saw a few cockroaches around my room throughout my stay. The breakfast was pretty decent though and the workout room and heated pool was phenomenal. Overall, it wasnt a nightmare stay, just a couple of inconveniences. ***UPDATE*** Ended up staying one more night, and the difference a day makes! So, during this stay, there was a different staff, making it a totally different experience. I could not get clean towels in a timely manner and they REFUSED to change the bedding! I asked to speak to upper management. It turns out I was dealing with the owner. He explained that they were in the middle of a bedbug outbreak (hence the " cockroaches ") and were short staffed. I WAS MORTIFIED! Will never stay here, any Sonesta, again and will NOT be recommending it to my colleagues or followers.

5 stars! Love this hotel! It’s genuinely the best place I’ve ever stayed!🥰 would love to come back. Really clean and good food. 100% would recommend this hotel for anyone to stay! People here treat you amazing! Enjoyed my stay here!

Visual presentation outside the building and entering showed good building upkeep. The service by each person down to the house keeping was friendly welcoming and genuinely were trying to be as helpful with anything and everything. The room was clean, smell was regular room smell and not pungent in anyway. Bathroom showed someone actually cleans nd upkeeps it. The property and business overall was 5 out 5 and I would recommend. Also, the location is close to 3 highways and full of food or gas stations in either direction.
