very beautiful!! the people in the front desk and the house keepers are wonderful! it's completely smoke free so it's good for families. the room looks so clean so fancy and there's a lot of parking spaces. there's no kitchen but there's a coffee maker fridge and a microwave. it smells wonderful in the rooms and halls. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good and safe place to stay!!

Customer service is amazing. Rooms are average but clean. The prices are very reasonable. There isn't a great view of anything just freeways and cars. If you get a room on the front of the hotel the traffic will be kind of annoying in the middle of the night. Water is hot and pressure is ok. Beds are soft and clean. Rooms are not to big, but they are neat and uncluttered. Hotel could use a good renovation but it works for a night or 3 and keeps you in a budget.

Husband and I are staying for 4 nights. We reserved a king bed non smoking room. Its clean and quite large. The microwave is in a weird place in comparison to the sink, but otherwise everything is excellent. The rooms clean and the hot breakfast is amazing. I mean, who doesnt want a waffle shaped like Texas?!

Our stay started off very unsettling as the lady at the front was extremely rude when we initially arrived. The stay did get better.. rooms were decent but housekeeping didn't come by on the second day. We won't be staying here again just based off of the complete lack of customer service in the beginning.

My family and I were all greeted by a friendly face with a smile! We had rather complicated reservations and the clerk handled it like a pro! She quickly got us checked in, and continued to smile through all the family chaos! Bless you Stephanie! Great job! The clerk on the night shift, Bob, was not as friendly... Our room was clean, cool and inviting. My hunt for a bottle of water was futile though. The "vending" machines were almost empty, on a Saturday night, and the hotel does not provide any even though the tap water was less than drinkable.
