Checking in was easy and the lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was very out dated. AC doesn't get cold, bed is like a rock, and shower has no pressure and a really old dirty shower head.

The hotel (if I can even call it that) was located next to oil tanks the entire place had the worst wreak ever and the rooms were pushed together two doors so no privacy and it was unclean and tiny! Nothing like the pictures! Very bad experience, would never return or recommend!

One of the best places to stay in Pasadena, conveniently close to Houston. I stayed here for 3 days and had a really comfortable experience. From check in at the reception to the restaurant service, the entire staff was extremely supportive, polite and professional. The rooms were spacious, perfectly clean, tidy and well arranged with all the basic amenities. Proper hygienic conditions are well maintained throughout the hotel which makes the stay even more comfortable and worry-free. They serve a buffet breakfast every morning while lunch and dinner are available with an à la carte menu service. The food was average but included vegetarian options which was a plus. Another highlight is the free transportation provided to nearby shops like Walmart and Best Buy. They even give a $5 coupon for the Houston Space Center, which is a thoughtful touch for travelers. Overall, it was a relaxing, hygienic and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pasadena or Houston.

This is the worse Quality Inn I've ever stayed in. The front desk clerk was very sarcastic and unprofessional. The room was dirty, low water pressure and no hot water in the shower. The ice machine was broken and the lamp shade and carpets are filthy.

I was disappointed with this hotel because it was reviewed as being good. It wasn't good! when we got there we were told the only rooms available if you had dogs didn't have hot water. They charged quite a bit for dogs and I had two. Because of the water issue, they only charged me for one dog. It became apparent that part of the hotel wasn't taken care of. Our room was covered in cobwebs and part of the ceiling had fallen due to water damage, it hadn't been cleaned up. Day two I considered going for a swim since it was May and 90 degrees. I was told the pool wasn't open yet. Again it's Texas, May and 90 degrees........the pool isn't open? Wow! The owners need to put some serious money into this dilapidated place! One reason we chose this place was the restaurant/bar. The restaurant/bar had very limited hours and menu. On the second day I went there during happy hour, there was no one there and no mention of it being happy hour.
