After staying at a hotel that didn’t have a phone in the room and dial up Internet access is better than what they had. I was to be there for two weeks. I checked out and came to the quality Inn here in Baytown. The owners or managers greeted me with a smile they did all they could to help get me checked in even earlier and housekeeping was just as nice. I would highly recommend this place cost-effective and located near all that you want grocery stores restaurants fast food Best Buy they have it all.

Don’t even deserve 1 star, this place SUCKS! They wanna offer a “free” snack if we give them 5 stars🤣 For one, the breakfast sucks, elevator don’t work, they wanna charge an extra fee for people that have been staying awhile, the rooms aren’t even worth $10. Roaches EVERYWHERE! Floors smell like mold. I’ll be contacting Channel 2 news because this hotel needs to get shut down!

My bf and I stopped here for a couple of days in our down time in between work. Sam was working the front desk and from the moment we walked in sam was very nice and accommodating. He always had a smile on his face and was very welcoming every time we came and went. The location is right off the interstate and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. My only complaint is the shoulder was a little hit and it wasn't properly cleaned. Which was promptly taken care of.

The location is excellent—restaurants and dining options are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, a great experience.

wish I could add some pictures, I did add them in Google maps not sure if they are visible though. We stayed in room 308 checked in on 8/7/2025 about 1:30 am. the overnight front desk attendant was very nice, if it wasn't for rolling into town after 15 hour car ride exhausted we would have done everything possible to cancel. killed two roaches. there were black spots on the ceiling and walls. the fabric chair in the room was one of the nastiest things I've seen in a public space in quite some time. the shower was moldy nasty with wild hairs in several places including the ceiling, part of the wall was rotted out. the ac drained into the room and had what appeared to be mold down the wall. 11/19/2025 this response feels generic and does nothing to impact the night we stayed in this awful room. add a video walking into a nice clean updated room 308. otherwise nothing has or will change in this room. it's roulette if you stay here. the lucky ones get a decent clean bug free room. we were not the lucky ones.
