After staying at a hotel that didn’t have a phone in the room and dial up Internet access is better than what they had. I was to be there for two weeks. I checked out and came to the quality Inn here in Baytown. The owners or managers greeted me with a smile they did all they could to help get me checked in even earlier and housekeeping was just as nice. I would highly recommend this place cost-effective and located near all that you want grocery stores restaurants fast food Best Buy they have it all.

Don’t even deserve 1 star, this place SUCKS! They wanna offer a “free” snack if we give them 5 stars🤣 For one, the breakfast sucks, elevator don’t work, they wanna charge an extra fee for people that have been staying awhile, the rooms aren’t even worth $10. Roaches EVERYWHERE! Floors smell like mold. I’ll be contacting Channel 2 news because this hotel needs to get shut down!

Clean room for a 3.7* hotel. Breakfast was very basic. The hallways need renovating. Truck parking available. Friendly staff, good restaurants nearby. Pet friendly

My bf and I stopped here for a couple of days in our down time in between work. Sam was working the front desk and from the moment we walked in sam was very nice and accommodating. He always had a smile on his face and was very welcoming every time we came and went. The location is right off the interstate and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. My only complaint is the shoulder was a little hit and it wasn't properly cleaned. Which was promptly taken care of.

This is the worst Quality inn I have ever been. First as soon as you walk in to hotel you smell, you smell that urine and mold mixture, just horrible. Elevators so dirty, looks like never been cleaned, door opened with squirming noise, damn. Just everything can be bad IS bad here. Room so tight, noisy AC, and windows old fashion I guess street noise just comes through and it’s right next to highway, intersection. Bathroom door doesn’t work, stuck, sink is peeled of some parts.. Hair dryer fan doesn’t work.. “hot breakfast” is just waffle makes and cereals with milk, that’s it..just look at pictures. I do not advise to come to this place.
