This is what happens when you cut cost and do away with your Concierge personnel from 11 PM until 8 AM. Please be mindful of what you order. It will sit outside all night and anybody can grab it per the security guard. This happens every night so if you have valuables, medicine, please keep a close eye out. People will be doing an early Christmas shopping this year by stealing these things.

I have been a resident at Dominion Post Oak for nearly 12 years. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the current management has been deeply disappointing. Over time, I have observed a noticeable decline in the maintenance and overall cleanliness of the community. Trash areas are frequently overflowing, and common areas are not consistently maintained. I have photos documenting these ongoing issues. Additionally, the pool — which is advertised as a community amenity — has been closed for extended periods throughout the year. Residents continue to pay full rent while access to advertised amenities has been limited. Communication from management regarding maintenance concerns and community issues has often lacked clarity and follow-through. Requests and complaints do not appear to be addressed in a timely or consistent manner. After 12 years of residency, I expected a higher standard of professionalism, accountability, and transparency. Due to these ongoing concerns, I have decided not to renew my lease. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward meaningful improvements for current and future residents.

I've lived here for over two years and, although I've had some issues in the past, I wanted to take a moment to finally leave a review. I noticed that you've replaced your concierges, and it's wonderful. Your new front-desk staff helped me recently, and even though she was new, she assisted me so well. She was truly kind and professional, nice tall girl , and she actually makes me want to stay in your apartments.

The word “luxury” is a stretch. The apartment we rented was decent, but it definitely wasn’t luxurious (see pictures). The parking was okay, but the floors weren’t well-marked, so you only realized you had reached the sixth floor when you couldn’t drive anymore. The elevators were also worn with broken rails and chipped walls… As you enter the hallway from the elevators, a strong smell of headache-inducing paint remover overpowers you, which i guess was some kind of repair but added to the other issues. The bathrooms and kitchen of the apartment were both outdated, not to mention the big ‘black mould’ stain on the wall… The gym and pool areas looked promising, but the former had limited equipment and the latter was closed due to winter. No idea if these issues were across the building but it’s a bit misleading to say the least. The unobstructed views are def beautiful but the building is in a need of a massive overhaul.

We truly love living in these apartments. We've been here for two years, and although there have been a few issues—like with the elevators—the community is wonderful, the staff is always friendly, and the maintenance team is quick to help whenever needed. Even though the building isn’t new, the pool looks great, the gym is decent, and the apartments, while a bit outdated, are very spacious and comfortable. Also it’s a smoke-free community since mid 2025 which makes it especially nice for families and small kids.
