Need coffee pots. IHOP just next door convenient but it was in the 20*s and windy. Too cold to go out. No cable. Only 6 Analog channels.

My partner and I wanted to do at home and city vacation for a bit, and this hotel was amazing, had everything that we needed.It was nice and cozy.Everything was clean and we definitely will be coming back, we loved it

Very clean new property, comfortable room and bedding, room had microwave, standard size refrigerator, considerable kitchen cabinets and storage. The management was very accommodating and friendly, including standing outside at 2AM helping me, by phone, find the hotel. The difficulty of finding property caused 3 stars for Location: strongly recommend a) guests look at Google Maps, or other, to know exactly what to look for prior to travel, especially if arrival will be during darkness hours. Make an immediate right turn once upon Peek Road from W. Grand Pkwy, then an immediate left to navigate the parking lot toward the hotel. Hotel is opposite Peek Road from Discount Tire shop (your GPS app likely will NOT get you directly to the hotel), b) Ownership needs to install, on property, lighted signage and addiditonal lighted signs along Grand Parkway. Would stay here, again.

My delivery crews were working an assignment for 3 months in Houston area. He rented 4 rooms for the time of the assignment. Service was outstanding!! Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday.

I stayed here for almost a month paying $90/night and never missed a payment! I may have been LATE about 4 TIMES but never missed a payment. The moment I missed a payment or wasn’t able to pay the owner was very very very rude towards me. I was able to stay later after my check out time which was very appreciative, but when my time was up I tried to get help from others that was around but he sent his workers to come tell me something and made them tell me to leave the property. He’s a very aggressive angry person and I didn’t understand the aggression , yes I understand the business aspect of it but his rage was very uncomfortable. He constantly would have attitudes and it was so traumatizing. Overall the staff is very nice and considerate and the property is very clean and luxury but I really didn’t like him at all!
