I have stayed here twice and for the price it is not bad. The lot is small but it shares a lot with the sister property right next door. Microwave and minifridge were clean. Yes there is noise from the freeway so I ask for the furthest room to the back fence but with the door closed and a/c on its not crazy bad. Location is good being right off freeway and close to mall and attractions 1000 food options. Taking off star due to not having extra towels all the time and bad breakfast even though it is free its later in the morning.

Booked a room for 10 days for my sons wedding. The gym equipment was broken down and the breakfast ever day was hard boil eggs toast and stale cold cereal. The only good item was the home made waffles. The coffee was watered down also. The tv in room wasn't working. And the building smells like water damage. The gym is important for my son and I and that wasn't even attended to properly. Laundry room did not work and I was sent across street to there other facility to wash clothes and there machines were outside dirty I did ot want to put my clothes in there.

The young Indian guy is cool but the older Indian man is very rude! I will not ever stay at this hotel again. He literally thought I wasn’t a guest and kept beeping at me to move my car from a space I guess he normally parks at. I was so obvious to the honking that I just stayed in my car and on my phone. He honked so much the younger Indian guy came to his car to tell him I actually had a room there. My room was directly In front of my car just upstairs. He ended up parking in handicap spot & had a look of shame as he got out. What an embarrassing way to act. U don’t own the hotel and now you’ve let ur ego make the hotel miss out on money over a parking spot that he shouldn’t be parking in anyways! So weird!!!!

It was pretty clean and the hot water pressure was outstanding. The beds were somewhat saggy. Sheets and pillows were decent. The room definitely had some wear and tear. No hair dryer until I asked and then I had to walk to another building to get it The room was the perfect temperature when I arrived which was awesome; the AC worked well. No cups were provided even though there was an ice bucket. There was no coffee maker but there was a small microwave and a mini refrigerator. Very flimsy blanket, no duvet or comforter.

⸻ ★★★★★ A Truly Divine Stay — Every Detail Perfectly Aligned From the moment I arrived, I knew this wasn’t going to be a typical hotel experience—it was a like a divinely orchestrated portal of peace and alignment. Before I even made it to my room, the front desk associate went above and beyond, kindly offering to switch rooms if I wasn’t fully comfortable. That kind of genuine care and intuition set the tone for the entire stay. Turns out I didn’t need my room switched, it was clean, and actually the accent wall was my favorite color! Fast forward to a late-night remote situation: I called down around 1AM and the gentleman at the front desk was at my door within two minutes. He explained that he technically wasn’t allowed to enter guest rooms after 11PM, but offered to fix the issue as long as I could leave the door open. I stepped out, and he resolved everything with such grace and efficiency—it was done in seconds. But what truly touched me was his energy: kind, respectful, a little nervous (rightfully so, entering a woman’s room so late at night), but deeply tender-hearted and genuine. I could feel his presence—he truly wanted to help, and he asked for nothing in return… I really appreciate that rule being a single woman in a hotel room alone. This stay has been infused with care, warmth, and beautiful synchronicity. Every person I encountered reflected a level of integrity and kindness that’s rare to find. I felt seen, safe, and completely supported. I’ll absolutely be back—and I’ll be recommending this hotel to everyone who values not just comfort, but true, heart-centered hospitality
