The man at the desk is super rude. I actually came here to use their ev charger station and he didn’t believe the car was mine. Even though I had the keys in my hand. All I asked was for some water to clean my travel cup and he told me to get out. Extremely rude and highly likely to be racist. Don’t come here if you aren’t a foreigner.

Extremely rude short, bald man behind counter. I'd even say possibly racist. I checked in today 3/15 around 3pm paid $80 for the room, got my key and went to the room. As soon as I got in the room I noticed the air vents in the restroom were pretty loud and they sounded broken with a strange clacking sound. I closed the restroom door hoping to dround the sound out but it was still loud. The noise was intermittent so I tried to deal with it but decided to call the office an hour after I checked in to inform the manager on duty. The same short, bald man who checked me in told me there was nothing he could do and I could leave the property. He escalated things for absolutely no reason. Honestly I doubt he would have had the same disrespectful tone with anyone other than a black person. So, I asked if I'd receive a refund and he said yes, I checked out. I refuse to spend my green money with the likes of these wicked people who do not appreciate my business.

Very clean and tidy. People were nice. I don't know if there is wheelchair accessibility to get to the second floor. I didn't like the shower heads that much because it doesn't do give you the good shower you need. I was disappointed by the free breakfast. It was giving free snacks like if you were on the go or stopping at a corner store gas station while traveling. They served honey buns, muffins, and danishes. I was hoping for maybe cereal with milk, quick and easy oatmeal, and etc. They also served orange juice and coffee. They do have soda machines and are close to a Whataburger. The parking lot was really clean and you'll have a good view to look out to.

The management in the morning was rude and kicked my husband and I out. Every time we come, he is rude. The night personnel was very respectful and kind. I don’t understand how you can spend your money, and people are disrespectful!! So, when I ask why are you being so disrespectful, he says I’m not going to rent the room out to you. It is very condescending and not ok. I don’t know who he is, but if you have a customer spending money at your establishment, then customer service is first and foremost.
