Terrible experience. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude from the moment I arrived — he didn’t even respond to a simple “good evening” and treated me with a very bad attitude. The rooms were also in awful condition: dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what you would expect. I do not recommend this place at all. There are much better options for the same price or even less.

Front desk associate was EXTREMELY rude, cold and lied to my face when I asked for a non-smoking room saying he didn’t have any available…the room I was given had chemical fumes still lingering in the air so I politely asked to be moved and ONLY after I pointed out the non-smoking signs on several of the rooms and the fact that the parking lot was almost empty so they weren’t full at all, he moved me another room. Do not waste your money here— your business is not appreciated here and it will become obvious the moment you walk into the front office. Attendant was a real Grinch this Christmas (although there was NOTHING funny about his performance) room is clean but experience gets a 0 out of 10. Don’t like being lied to😒

The owner is very attentive to the needs of guests. The check-in process is simple and straightforward. Security cameras are throughout property to ensure the security and privacy of all guests. Any visitors may come directly to the room they were invited to. There is no loitering on the well-maintained property.

The daytime property manager Max is an absolute God send. My young family had just relocated to this area, escaping a very hard situation, and he has shown us nothing short of the best hospitality. Aside from him going out og his way to make sure we are taken care of, he offers great advice. The room service cokes twice a day from what I noticed, as well as being available at basically all time of the day and night. If you ever need toiletries, or extra towels you can ask and they'll be given. Parking lot is clean and security sits at night on sight. Amazing place that truly helped us get back on our feet.

I'm currently homeless and I'm paying weekly for hotel rooms. This is my first week here at the Palace Inn. Stayed here from Monday to Monday. A whole week. The manager literally just watched my every move. Then questioned me about how full my van was. I then mentioned to him how rude it was to point out the fact that my van was indeed full of my belongings. Then next day I noticed that the A/C had blown out. I called the office to just let them know. The same guy came in and was more concerned about how much of my things were in the room. I reminded him that I would be leaving the next day. So no worries about any damages seeing as though I had only been there for a week. Long story short if you want to be treated like this then by all means come right on over to The Palace Inn. Where the rooms smell great but the service is terrible. Especially if you are a person of color. Crazy that most of the customers is here right now are people of color. Do better Palace Inn.
