Owner is very nice and pleasant to deal with. Rooms are simple but large at a nice price. Only downfall no wash or Dyer but that's ok. No bugs at all.

The location of this Palace Inn is perfect; right off the freeway. Rooms are comfortable, clean, big TVs, everything works. The only negative is the water not draining very well while taking a shower. This is the second time one of their rooms has done this and a small amount of water remained in the tub. They have plenty of parking and plenty of room to maneuver in the parking lots. If you get one of the rooms towards the front of the property but on the backside it has a small parking lot almost just for those people in those rooms. Grassy areas to walk Fido. Very comfortable beds and I love the pillows.

Management is kind of a pain in the hind end when it comes to laundry or having a guest. Tough people to keep happy if you stay there and eat breakfast more than one day, they are sure to make sure that your room is paid and your id is on file, my girl at the time didn't have an iD though so we had to leave. I'll gladly pay $five less for a room in just as nice of a place down the road.

Arrived 4 am. Friends got the room for us. Card on file, but their computer wasn’t working. So stood there forever to get checked in. Communication issue - they weren’t able to communicate very well with me when I checked, just mumbled and pointed at the computer. Then got a wake up call at 7 am?!? Housekeeping woke us several times both mornings after we told them no thank you. No coffee makers in rooms or none in lobby but decaf. At checkout time no coffee at all. They knocked on the door and said checkout time. I’ve never had a hotel do this. The room itself was a c- no ironing board. Room was clean I will say that. Although there were pee stains on the mattress. But no do not disturb signs. Thankful our friends got the room for us; had staff been better and a coffee pot and iron in room, would have been a b- .

I mostly dealt with the nighttime person. He was very nice, but you could tell he had difficulty understanding me. The beds were VERY uncomfortable, we ended up buying a mattress pad, blankets and pillows for us to use while we were there. Also, the TV didn't work. The great part about this hotel is the housekeeping staff. They were AMAZING! My son got sick while we were there, vomiting and such, and the women were so helpful and didn't even mind a bit (or at least they acted like they didn't mind lol) that they had to change out the entire bedding twice in our week stay.
