I frequent this hotel because it’s clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The rates are super affordable as well. The management is always so accommodating and helpful. You honestly won’t find better rates and cleanliness.

I wanna say that this was very much a great stay. The rooms were very clean , floors were clean like they are marble floors to perfection. The staff is really nice and they take great great care of you . Everytime I come to Houston and look for a hotel this is always my first choice especially for if your staying weekly. The prices are great the environment is very great. There is one really great staff member I will like to say he does the job right , he takes care of every thing on the property and handles it like a pro. He is very proper and very much the nicest hotel staff member I have ever met . He goes by Vic. If you ever stay at the palace inn ask for Vic he takes very great care of you as far as checking in and as far as making your stay the greatest such as if you need something call front desk and Vic will get you threw. Again I am very much satisfied with my stay I recommend this hotel to anyone in the jones rd area or even away from the area stay at palace inn jones rd you want regret !

CHECK.THE.MATRESS. We attempted to stay here and we're absolutely disgusted with the obvious blood stains and nastiness our room had. We asked to switch rooms and they showed us 5 rooms...each one had gross matresses. The owner refused to give us our money back + and we refused to stay there any longer. +the musty foul smell coming from bathrooms. 100 percent suggest staying somewhere else.

A lil noisy (street noise), hard bed - sparse pillows. Very friendly staff and grab n go muffins and juice.

Booked a room October 4-9 . The room had hair on the bed and stains on the other bed . The owner was real weird and making us uncomfortable I’m not staying 10/8 or 10/9 he refuses to refund my money for the room saying he can’t this is bs .
