Very rude staff, and are very cheap with the essentials like soap towels and very slow to respond. I would not recommend staying here save your money and can get a better price and experience off 290& 1960 area. These ppl don’t care about customer service. When your in-the hospitality industry.

It's obvious the owners have done an amazing job with this place inside and out. They have done an exceptional job that remodeling and paying attention to every detail. I'm giving this review five stars because the staff when I checked in it was very nice and cordial in the place has great curb appeal and the rooms are extremely clean and quite big with no bugs in the beds are extremely comfortable in the room even has a new couch. As good as the owners are paying attention to details they did miss one minor thing the refrigerator in the room does not work properly. Nobody's perfect and nobody can pay attention to every single detail so overall I give this place five stars. I will definitely come back and I will definitely recommend this to anybody also they have smoking rooms available that are really really clean.

I ran from a domestic violence situation and had to stay here for a few nights. The young man was very helpful and nice but the older man was rude. My friend came (during the day) to bring me and my mom some food since we have no car. He called the room and said we could not have visitors in our room. It does not say this anywhere on the reservation, the website or anywhere else on property. I respect not having people coming and going all hours of the night but this was nothing like that. Completely RIDICULOUS! I paid for my room and not bothering anyone so this doesn’t even make sense. So if you stay here, be prepared to few like you are in a prison!

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. It is also a convenient location with a lot to offer in the surrounding area.

Got a room with ripped/burnt sheets an when the power got knocked out last night there was no refund or partial refund an the next day they wouldn't discount me even if I got another night. Power comes on right before checkout and they made sure we left on time. Terrible service, unsympathetic. I'm going somewhere that treats us better tonight
