The manager is very rude. He didn't want to sell me a room(paying with a credit card claimed it was broken, it wasn't). After a long flight and a flat tire, I was too tired to move again. He stated he only had that room for 1 night, which also was a lie, and he changed the price for the 2nd night even more, and if I saty a 3rd night, it would be even more SMH. Last but not least, I told me I couldn't have anyone in my room just 2 people and wrote on my key card sleeve what time check out was as he was telling me again. Going into the next day Saturday night driving into the parking lot he came out, the office walked all the way down to me by my room as we parked the vehicle stated all over again what time check out is and if I understood 🙃 😑 not in a good way

He was incredibly kind, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, Mr. HR greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. He was always available to answer my questions, provide recommendations, and even helped me with a few special requests. His professionalism, empathy, and genuine care for his guests are truly commendable. The hotel itself is lovely, but it's the people like Mr. HR who make all the difference. I went out to Houston not being able to find a decent hotel due to the reviews online per hotels, so when I arrived I didn’t know where to stay and decided to look around. I drove past this hotel and it looked super clean and well kept. I called in and asked the front desk if I could view the room before booking she said yes! Need less to say I booked two rooms for my family and I. We only stayed for a day but the service was great, clean rooms, clean exterior and all. I definitely will be booking again! Thank you!

Very clean, some colorful paintings and walls that don't appear outdated in style, flooring delaminating though which is a bit sad. It's almost by the highway but hey it's convenient and I liked that they didn't ask me 700$+ of deposit because I use a debit card. If you're tired you should fall asleep I think. Maybe they fixed the dirtiness issue over the last few years. I say give it a shot! Grateful.

Very hard to believe you can still find good people inHouston, a gentleman that goes by HR was very kind by allowing me to park my broke down vehicle into overnight parking .com when I picked it up in the morning, Rid was very kind to allow me to enter the property with the tow truck to recover my vehicle. Even though I did not stay in the hotel, I will highly recommend and I saw that everything looks very organized and clean.
