The rooms are really nice. I absolutely love the shower! The staff is always very accommodating. The rooms are super clean and big. It's also really quiet there kinda secluded l.

The building is fairly new but STILL has roaches. The “comforter” is thin as a sheet of paper, ALL the workers are rude from the “boss” to the non comprehensive maids, and the rooms are uncomfortably hot. If you have a service animal, do not stay here bc even if you have proof they will still deny you. The location is very inconvenient, making a 30+ minute drive to anything fun. There’s no “ breakfast” even though it’s advertised, and the drink machines were out of order the entire time during my stay. Don’t book here unless you’re just absolutely desperate and it’s your last choice.

The family is great, love the experience they give with their hotel. On 11/11/2022 we purchased two rooms, early as their policy requests, and had left to enjoy veterans day with friends. When we came back approximately 5 hours later. Withing the first 5 minutes of being in one of the rooms we noticed 4 roaches, as we begin to pack up our things my girl goes to talk to the receptionist and ask for another room, due to what we had found. Her experience with the receptionist was beyond poor. The receptionist was rude, disrespectful, and fraudulent in everything she was saying to my girl. I hope this is not how the family views customer service, and demands payments to sleep in a hotel room that the health inspector would fail for sanitary conditions.

The management does not have good people skills. They make you feel like they think they are better than you because they own a business in your country. They also REFUSED to allow me to stay there with my service dog or to even bring him inside when I went to visit a friends room.
