I booked a room here i am 5 months pregnant and i just wanted to lay down and rest before my flight home keep in mind i am a TOURIST who is from another state with my friend. The lady at the front desk on 7/28/2025 was very rude to me because i stated the room had a foul smell. I asked for non smoking my pregnancy causes me to be sick.. so in honesty i couldn’t take the smell so i was only in the room about 5 minutes before i started gagging i instantly left , and asked for a refund… the lady was so rude and unwelcoming. She talked over us the entire time she claims i lied about the bad smell but its the honest truth.. she also accused me of just wanting to use the bathroom when its a million public restrooms everywhere.. why would i pay almost $80 on a card just to use a bathroom? The unnecessary rudeness was uncalled for . This was the worst experience i had in Houston. Im also going to reach out to corporate as i can see this is an ongoing thing with her.. below is her photo attached be aware… her customer service is horrible. Very very rude

Clean room. Jacuzzi suite was very nice. Front desk guy was weird and kept asking my partner and me if there were more people coming, after we told him no the first 3 times he asked. Other than that, it was nice for the price.

Keep in mind I have stayed at this location before but today I went in for a room for my brother and I, whoever the lady is at the front desk, she was very rude, racist & homophobic. She told me she couldn’t give the room to 2 men (after I had already told her we were actually family, blood) and that she would have to charge us $95 instead if the initial $85 because we were men. I don’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I’m leaving this review but I’ll also be calling your corporate office as well.

So I was recently at this hotel as of last night l, I had met a gentleman who offered to get me a room instead of me being outside & that he’d pay for it, he said he got me a room for 2 weeks which was weird to me from jump cuz he didn’t know me like that even let me drive his car up the street once again idk why, showed a Receipt for 429$ I’m honestly in disbelief because for 3 nights it’s atleast 200$, I’m from Houston….so long story short I showered we chilled ect and he lmk he was fina go to the store right quick and be back even offered me to ride with him, as soon as he left the people for the hotel came knocking and said that this man had basically left me at this hotel for no damn reason and he took off like he wasn’t coming back and proceeded to keep knocking repeatedly even after I had already opened the door confused…I left the food and took my clothes the man from the front desk kept rushing me and I asked what was the name on the ID over the room 115 he said he didn’t know but he said the guy that left me had done this before 🤨 and I had no way to contact this man so I basically had to catch the 85 to the 45 so I could come back towards where he picked me up from the guy at the hotel kept asking me questions about how I knew him…shut up you’re already embarrassing me… anyways my feelings are hurt this was rude and disrespectful and he stole the tent I just bought all for a room he only paid to be in for 3hrs…. Karma is best serve cold
