Absolutely terrible, dirty, and wrinkled bed linens. There is a strong suspicion that the bedding was not changed after the previous guest. Even from the photos, you can clearly see a strange stain — draw your own conclusions. It genuinely looks like feces. The room itself was fairly clean and the floor was clean, but the bed linens were clearly not replaced. Additionally, for some reason there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available to hang on the door, which is basic and expected in any hotel. Each bed had only two pillows. That is completely insufficient — in any normal hotel there are at least three pillows per bed. The mattresses are unbelievably firm — sleeping on them feels like sleeping on the floor. The room was also extremely cold. The air conditioner/heater, which was set to 80°F, was blowing cold air and did not work properly at all. It was January, with nighttime temperatures around 30°F, and the room was unbearably cold throughout the night. Before our checkout time, which is at 11:00 a.m., we started receiving phone calls about 10 minutes earlier — around 10:50 a.m. While we were packing and rushing to leave, we did not answer the calls, especially since we were already preparing to check out on time. The calls were extremely persistent and intrusive — the front desk called repeatedly, about 6–7 times. This is unacceptable. The checkout time had not yet passed, and calling guests before checkout is completely inappropriate. At check-in, the front desk staff oddly asked me how much I had paid for the room and insisted on confirming the amount. I had to open my Hotels.com app and show the price I paid. This was a very strange and uncomfortable interaction. There is coffee available at the front desk, but there are no proper creamers — only powdered ones, and they were clearly old. They were hardened like a rock and would not even pour out of the packets. The location is extremely noisy due to constant highway traffic. We paid over $100 for this stay. Trust me, it was absolutely not worth it. For the same amount of money, you can easily stay somewhere much better. We will never return here under any circumstances.

This is a very nice, neat and safe place to stay. I’m still here and I love it. Staff are professional and friendly. I’ll definitely come back again when I need. I definitely recommend for everyone to choose this motel.

When I first moved to Houston I used to live here, I lived here for about 6 months, I like that the price never changes, and the people at the front desk are very friendly. I don't have breakfast but I'm never really up around that time anyway LOL but the hotel is nice big TV in the room. I played my PlayStation all the time. I'd definitely recommend for a nice room, quiet and safe.

Super clean rooms at a very affordable price. Front desk and other personnel were very helpful. They also offer you drinking water machine (cold/hot), unlimited dry snacks, coffee machine, and unlimited fruit juice 24*7. There was no hot breakfast though it wasn't a big deal for us. The only downside that we found is that the bathtub of our bathroom was clogged. This is the only reason I'm forced to deduct 0.5 points. Otherwise, a great place to stay if you're planning to stay in Houston for a short period of time.
