Oxford Inn and Suites NASA

Great place, clean and chill! It's a budget inn without all the crackhead drama. Just mind your own business, and you'll be fine. I was in and out of the room between 10pm and 4am and wasn't bothered once I felt pretty safe. I didn't get eaten up by bed bugs and had the room for about a month. The maid service was a great, very sweet lady, and they really cared about their guest overall it was a good experience.

This place is ridiculous! I call myself reserving a room for 2 days for business preference, Myself and my partner didn’t even get 2 minutes in the room before I seen a rat run from under the bed and also run from out the rest room I was completely in shock immediately requested my funds back to leave !!!!! The hotel clerk stated No refunds I was like are you serious no I don’t stay with rats I have travel all over the states and not ever Not to exaggerate the room was nasty ! I don’t recommend this place they refunded me and I stayed peacefully at the Sonesta Suites I can’t tell you to stay away from the place cause I don’t know your situation just be careful and ask to see and observe the room before stay the environment has a lot of undercover negativity going on around I’m not going on just choose wisely but the place is not clean also the roaches as well but rats I was in shock immediately requested give me my damn money back !

I have visited the Oxford inn quite often and had no problems. I recently stayed for a week. One morning towards the end of my stay.I woke up and my wrist was itching like crazy. I thought it was a random rash, maybe I am allergic to the laundry detergent or something. Then I got bumps all over my wrist and the other wrist got bumps. My partner got bumps everywhere too. I was itching like crazy, so I consulted my doctor and she said I had bed bug bites. I had to pay for the visit and the expensive cream she wrote a prescription for and buy Benadryl .My doctor advised me to ask for a refund and leave and never stay there again. My boyfriend loves Oxford inn, so he didn't listen. They gave us another room. The man in the office said that they didn't find bed bugs and offered us $20 off the next visit. I showed him the notes from my doctor and he said we can have a refund for 1 night. We still had to go to a Laundromat and wash all of our clothes because we couldn't bring them into our house. It's been a week later and I still have ugly, nasty, itchy bumps. I talked to my doctor and she said I am particularly allergic to bed bugs and the rash might last 2 to 3 weeks. I am very miserable. Besides the bed bugs, there is no cable. I also don't feel quite safe there are vagrants looking for drugs outside all night. The housekeeping lady was very nice.

This place has a great price for the weekend. It was in a great location, just minutes away from the restaurants and shops. The clerk seemed a little annoyed to check me in. The room was typical of most inexpensive hotels, so I didn't take any pictures. It was clean, but some of the tiles looked like they were coming up from the floor which felt oddly uneven in parts. There were only two towels. I'm sure I could have asked for more, but I didn't notice until the wee hours of the morning. One of the cleaning staff was very kind. She asked if I was checking out, and then politely asked me if I remembered everything including cords and chargers. So kind. I will likely stay here again.

First problem was roaches Second was that I had a situation in the morning where I needed late checkout, they denied it and proceeded to knock on my door at 11 sharp. The occupancy was less than 10 cars at the whole motel, so it’s not like they couldn’t have accommodated. Even 30 minutes would have been appreciated but they denied it. Not many hotels don’t offer late checkout, I recommend you go to one that does.
