***All these fake reviews saying it's clean and all the other bs. The pics and vids say otherwise*** If you can find a different hotel do it. As you can see in the pics and vids, it's a dirty place. I do give it's credit for being quiet but that's about it. Roaches all over the room. The hot water barely works. Can turn all the way hot and still be warm. The refrigerator didn't work either. Toilet was dirty as well. They had one towel in the room. We leave for the day hoping they would put 2 clean towels when house cleaning would be done. Get back in the afternoon to get ready for the night out, but no clean towels or no clean room. So I go to get some from the office and the guy said house keepers cleaned and left towels, but they skipped our room. Probably why room is so dirty altogether. And wifi/Internet sucks as well. I'm hoping I didn't bring roaches to my place 🙏🙏

You do not want to stay here, they gave me a room and I saw a bed bug. I went back to the front desk and he had me switch rooms once I showed him the picture of it. Even though I switched rooms, the room had flies and I didn’t feel comfortable after seeing the first bed bug. So I left and then he said I can call the next day to speak to the manager and request a refund and $20 or $30 will be taken off. I didn’t even stay the whole night just a couple of hours before I left. I’m disputing it with my bank .

My room was nice a little fixing here and there. My daughter's room was nice as well but it had roaches.

It was actually a pleasant hotel. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff was friendly and polite, and I had virtually no problems staying here. The location is what it is but I don’t mind this part of town. Everything is what you make of it. Hands down, one of the best and most reliable hotels on the east side of Houston. It’s often hard to find a reasonably priced guest suite with no incidental fees charged up front.
