This hotel was disgusting! There were small, black bugs flying all around, and a roach in the bathroom. Those black bugs were also on the towels. The room felt and smelled dank. There were holes and stains on the sheet and blanket. I was traveling with pets, so maybe that's why they chose to stick me in such a horrendous room. Even the walls in that room were gross. This is easily the worst motel/hotel experience I've ever had. The guy who checked me out was rude. There are tables between customers and the front counter. You have to stretch your body to interact with the front desk staff. I was trying to save money on my one night in Houston, and it was not worth it. Motel 6 should have paid me and my dogs to stay in that filthy space. I wish I could give zero stars. I have attached photos as proof. What were those three tiny lumps they tried to pass off as pillows??? If you're staying in Houston, and you have any choice other than this Motel 6, take it! Update: I reached out to the hotel to express my concerns. They said they would refund half of my stay. It's been two months, and they have not sent the refund. I reached out again to inquire about it, but they have not responded. Filthy and dishonest.

The hotel is brand new which is nice. It's mostly clean, the towels had some hair in them which was super disconcerting but we were only there for one night so I wasn't gonna make a stink about it. No soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the bathroom. We received soap when we asked but were told that there is no shampoo. There was a dead cockroach in the room, but that's better than there being a live cockroach so can't complain lol. Pillows were EXTREMELY thin and lumpy, seemed more like a bunch of cotton balls shoved into a pillowcase than an actual pillow. We received more pillows when we asked so that was nice of them. They're very accommodating and the man at the front desk was incredibly kind, but the pillows themselves were just terrible. Mattresses were comfortable, air conditioner worked well, there was a TV in the room. Water pressure in the shower was great. Generally a very okay place to stay, fine for the night. I've stayed in better for cheaper, but really can't complain too much and was very appreciative of the man at the front desk's kindness and patience.

Mr Terry at the front desk is awesome! We're currently staying and staff is sweet only downfall is they have no dressers but other than that I have no complaints. They adore my pup and and are very welcoming!

The staff is very nice and helpful , the rooms are clean and provide good service. There is also many stores around the motel which is great ! Although my only problem is that the towels were not clean.I stayed here for almost a week and the most of the towels looked clean until you opened them , the towels were dirty with so many dark stains and had long hairs on them too. But besides that it was a very nice and comfortable motel.

Room 106 8/10/2020 As ALWAYS..... & you might be surprised because it's a Motel 6 and not a Hampton Inn or something more expensive.....but our room was VERY CLEAN & ICE COLD. They allow pets for no extra charge which I think is awesome and very accommodating. Really appreciate the clean room, and it smelled really nice oh, and you could tell no one ever smoked in it, all the Linens were extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, and the room had every single thing we needed in it and it was very spacious. Not to mention that the staff were really sweet and helpful. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future.
