True definition of HIGHWAY ROBBERY! The pictures definitely are outdated that pool looks like a swamp! False advertisement at its best! How is it that the STUDIO 6 side and Motel 6 side have the same Weekly rate? When you’re a stay over they do not give cleaning services! So when you want clean towels you have to go to a laundromat because the washer and dryers on property have been broken for months(3and counting)! Or you go to the front desk and they say leave your old ones and they’ll bring up the new ones only for them to not bring them and then question you a million times when you try to retrieve them! There’s no way that they should be able to charge what they have when clearly they can’t accommodate! The motel 6 side doesn’t have a mini fridge or microwave so why would anyone pay for that side if it’s the exact same price???? Clearly yall jacked up the prices because it’s the medical center but your housekeeper needs to be fired and everyone else working there!! This hotel needs to be shut down!! I WOULD LEAVE NO STAR IF I COULD!

The front desk employee was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. This made my experience very unpleasant. Management needs to improve staff professionalism and customer service. The employee had nasty plaque built up on her teeeth and had the nerve to be rude with them old stale dreads dirty nails ewww

Don't come here unless you're DESPERATE. this place has flying roaches, spider infestation and a mold problem. There was copper wire under one of our mattress for some unknown reason and old lollipop sticks. The worker Will often say to one of your requests "we'll send someone to your room" but they never come. The microwave was broken they had to fix that the refrigerator didn't keep our food cold they had to fix that. The maids take two years to clean your room. Once again please don't come here unless you have to one star.

Room 226 is still being given out & I have the pictures that it’s HORRIBLE! The ceiling is filled with mold damage that seems to be from a previous leak from the room above. However, when I went downstairs to show the pictures & was given a key to room 324, a patch of mold was on that ceiling as well - showing me that there was major damage due to a storm/hurricane that likely ruined the pool area as well (previous posters pictures - it’s also still the same), in addition to bathroom damage to the walls and door. Motel 6 needs to ascertain that certain rooms are SHUT DOWN until major renovations are undertaken, if not the entire motel itself. I should’ve read the reviews first, but by me going I was able to gather more evidence of the distress this place is under.

The room (room 226) was very bad. 1) NO POWER for at least 2½ hours before I gave up and found alternative lodging. I asked the front desk if the hotel would issue a refund and they said no since it was not their fault (they claim someone struck the transformer). I will talk to the manager tomorrow but if still no refund I will use my credit card purchase protection. 2) The room was very humid and had an overpowering smell of mildew or mold. I use a CPAP machine and that still didn’t help. 3) The bathroom door was extremely warped and would not shut. I was solo but still not satisfactory. 4) The pool despite the gorgeous listing was abandoned and in disrepair.
