The couple nextdoor to us screamed at each other from 1:32AM to 4:16AM. Called the front desk, who called PD out. They continued to scream at each other so we called non-emergency dispatch for another officer to come out. Couple still fought. You could hear other neighbors pounding on the wall to get them to stop. Wish we would’ve gotten a different room across the motel to move away from them since they kept us up all night when we had to leave at 7AM to make it to our next destination. Check in and out is easy though.

Look I'm homeless and I wouldn't spend my own money here. The regular rooms don't have any of the amenities that are listed online the key cards barely work I've been locked out of my room 3 times in two days the staff are rude the cleaning lady's pester you to leave your room far before checkout the sheets are stained the only positive thing about this place is the hot water. I've stayed in some super shifty hotels but this is by far the worst

I stay here everytime I visit the Houston area. Its always comfortable, easy process, and green grass for my dogs to visit. It really is a great location, with restaraunts in walking distance. My dogs took me on a new adventure everyday, with plenty of fields, landscaping, and open areas to walk nearby.

I just spoke to another lady about my stay, let’s say a lot of people are not happy and I’m also one of those people!!! PSA:THEY DO NOT DOCUMENT CONVERSATIONS THEYVE HAD WITH YOU, so when you make a complaint with the higher ups and try to get a resolution, they will say IT NEVER HAPPEND or that they have NO RECONCILIATION!!! Why is my light fixture leaking water? Why does my a/c cut on and off on its own? Why didn’t my tv nor Wi-Fi work? Why was the power out so long? Why didn’t I get more towels when I requested for them? Why are people not watching their kids? Why was their dog poop everywhere? This place has lost me completely, my daughter got sick after the first night of being here!!! I’m really surprised so many ppl stayed this past weekend but I see why!! No one wanted to be freezing cold at home and some were homeless. At the end of the day I still wouldn’t recommend this place. It also looks like this place has been out of business before but was taken over by a new management.

Couple of friends and I stayed here for multiple days and didn't have any issues to speak of. The parking lot and grass area was extremely clean and the front desk clerks were friendly even at 3:30 in the morning when they have to open the door to get to the vending machines. Police patrol cars park to run traffic across the street so they always around which might be good for some but a pain for others.
