Definitely a 2 star but I guess you get what you pay for! $74 for a muggy room with no A.C! No fridge or microwave! Moldy walls and lights that don’t work! Look at how my A.C unit looked! It didn’t even turn on at least! Smh… and owner who responds is not going to do shit to make it better. They just respond to make themselves seem attentive to problems when in reality they don’t give a shit

Dismally small, shockingly dirty, and quite run down. The floor felt sticky, but also somehow oily. The TV was broken. There was BBQ sauce (container as well) on the ground. Someone even left crumbs and a Tupperware container top on one of the beds. Edit: when I brought this to the night attendants attention he changed us to a much cleaner room

My boyfriend and I stayed September 1st through September 6th. One week of misery and unsafe. We found out on Wednesday of our stay that our room door didn't need a key to open our door. So for the first 3 days we were completely unsafe and didn't know it. So at the time, anybody could have entered our room while sleeping or showering and attacked us, our personal belongings were unsafe every time we left the room 😤. We spoke to front desk about the situation, the young unprofessional white female that was dressed in booty shorts and t-shirt that was behind the desk came and looked at the door, pretending she had no idea how the door got like that, laughed in my face, we then asked to speak to the manager only to get the run around on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 😤😤😤😤😤😤

I’ve seen reviews which inform that this motel is ‘passable’. I’d recommend you pass right on by. There’s quite a bad smell on entering the lobby and this increases to a diabolical one in the hallways. We came for the fully advertised pool with very inviting looking pictures and were told that it was decommissioned. Still, there is a massive road sign advertising it. Decommissioned we were told- it is currently something like a cesspit: opt for a roadside (noisy) room over a pool view if you must come. Complimentary coffee does not exist as advertised either. The shower was impossibly hot. The place is more than tired. It might boast being the cheapest motel in Katy (this too could be a lie like the pool) but it is still too much money for what it can offer.
