The front desk has good employees that are very friendly, very nice and welcoming, the room service also very professional, very wholesome. My rooms clean all the time and there's no traffic around here. It's very peaceful, not a lot of people running around and drama or nothing like that. I enjoy staying here really.

They have hired some rude employees. They don't give enough information to make a good decision. I was charged full price from about 3:15am to 11am. By 11am they put me and my kids out in the cold due to misunderstanding. They lie and give the run around. They argue with customers. Just a bad experience this go round with them.

Great staff!! Great housekeeping service!!! Room was clean and location very convenient! Kid friendly and pet friendly! Love love love it! Definitely recommend! 10/10!

I don’t know why this place has such a low rating. Everything was perfect room got cold quickly had fresh towels and anything and everything we needed was always available to us. The only downfall is that they have a sign posted that pool Is closed only for my daughter to be upset over this. But this was a perfect spot. 10/10
