The guy at the front desk was very rude and yelled at me when I asked one question about the price. He was over charging that day.... Not sure what that was about. I met a friend there before and the front desk guy kept calling the room well before check out time but said nothing when we picked up the phone. Really bad vibes here at this hotel....So we went to the other hotel nearby just on the other side of beltway 8. The hotel is called regency suites. The service was more professional there. Do not rent at Moonlight suites 👎🏾

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Customer service was non-existent. I wanted a non- smoking room was given a smoking room. Got to the room noticed there was a huge gap under the front door and a pool of water in the floor from the gap. The bed had burn holes. The walls were disgusting. The air conditioner looked like it had mold in it. The final straw was going to the restroom and the walls were splashed with what seemed to be a yellow liquid... Immediately asked for a refund or to be moved rooms and was told no. Took my L and went to a new hotel promptly.

Truly Blessed
The night clerk was awesome. She explained to me over the phone how the TSA program worked, when I got there she made the check in process a breeze. It's not a top notch hotel but it was good enough for us.

1. The place was very clean and smelled good. 2. Cleaning lady just walked in the room without knocking. 3. Fridge was leaking water all over the room pretty bad. Called 3 times to come fix and no one came. 4. Ac stopped working. Was hot. 5. I knew check out was at 11am but had someone knock to get out when I still had 15 minutes and was taking my stuff to the car. 6. Very rude workers 7. One of the double beds was very loud and squeaky. Sounded like it was going to break. WILL NEVER RETURN

This hotel is okay. It's well presented and the room looks like it was recently renovated. The room was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable enough and the fridge in the room was a positive addition. There were a few negatives, though. The air conditioning was switched off in the room when I got there, and it's one of those common hotel wall units, so it took quite a while to get it cool in there, not good for Houston in August! There were a few lights that didn't have bulbs, leading to a rather dingy feeling in there, but the most negative experience was the check in desk. Check in is done through a window which is locked whenever they're not actually speaking to you and the employee who checked me in and out was full-on rude! Were it not that I booked via Hotwire, and hence had already paid, I would have walked out right then. Overall, I was happy with my stay here, but it wouldn't be my first choice next time around.
