Needed a room for my husband and kids for the night and the room smelled of smoke, the bed sheets and towels were dirty and the tub wasn’t cleaned properly. I tried to get a refund and he offered another room which also had dirty towels and linens. I explained to the front desk that I didn’t feel comfortable staying with my kids and they only offered me a partial refund. I said okay and once I gave him my card back he said he couldn’t do refunds on a cash app card. Would not recommend.

ATTENTION! THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. They charged me 90 bucks (which is ~$20 more than normal) due to electricity outage. Their rooms smell not too good. Bed sheets are dirty. I would recommend you guys to bring you own pillows, blankets and towels. Microwaves and fridges are not clean. Normal pricing might be accurate for those kinds of rooms. But they have even have ACs (crucial for those outage days. They also have a nice wide view from upstairs.

The room itself was pretty spacious. I enjoy the location as well being so close to the freeway and the shopping centers full with a different selection of choices whether fast food, dining restaurant, convenient stores, dollar store, smoke shops, etc. You have a full range of options when it comes to what's available for your liking. I could appreciate the modernized look of the building. I'm much more looking for comfort when I'm exploring the hotels in my general living area. It hadn't bothered me the room inside besides some small, important repairs that were also seen as safety concerns my eyes quickly spotted. However it's not anything I haven't come across with other motels in the area.

Owned and operated by the nicest, most polite family I've encountered at any hotel. Anytime something in the room wasn't working properly the owner himself showed up to help almost immediately. The rooms are priced according to their furnishings. Pay more for newer furnishings, or pay less for older furnishings. It's your choice. Unlike most places, the older furniture was fully functional....the drawers had all their handles, the tables were sturdy, etc. I was quite content with my choice to pay less.

Terrible! Do NOT stay here. The towel racks are falling off the walls, the blankets had obviously not been laundered, the outlets didn’t work (all except one). the toilet was clogged, and the room was just overall a complete disaster. I can’t believe they aren’t embarrassed to be renting rooms out in that condition. And then actually CHARGING the guests to stay there is absolutely insane. You couldn’t pay me enough to stay at this hotel another night. I’d much rather sleep in my car.
