Awesome place. They will shuttle you anywhere you need to go in a two mile range. The shuttle driver was super nice and helpful! The entire staff was extremely nice and understanding. They have complementary breakfast every morning. It was really good with a lot of choices. It is in a central location for the nearby hospitals. They also have full kitchens. Highly recommend!!!

Staff is friendly, the grounds are well kept and the price is on-point. There is a well maintained pool and hot breakfast every morning, with full kitchen in the room and plenty of amenities. Cleanliness in the room was the reason for the 3 stars, it was pretty clear they quickly picked up and made the beds without deep cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. The bedside lamps and clock didn't have access to electricity there was garbage in all the trash cans. But at $60 a night you can't really expect too much.

This is our second stay here. The place is clean, the included hot breakfast and shuttle (and proximity) to hospitals in the Houston Medical center are great, and the kitchenette is very convenient. On the downside, the place has a very unfinished air about it. Not all the closets had a hanging rack or even shelves, not all the electrical switches worked properly, wires and paint splashes were visible, and the furniture isn't consistent from one room to the next (mattresses in the 1st room were MUCH more comfortable than those in the second room). All that said, we would certainly stay here again.

Entrance to the location could use a little work. Had a little trouble finding the place. The room was nice. Nothing fancy, but it has a kitchen if you want make your own meals. The room card they give you is really difficult to use, to the point it was frustrating. Maybe it was just my room. Overall, worth the price.

Excellent breakfast. Shuttle goes to MD Anderson every half hour and always on time! When you need to be picked up, you give them a call. Comfortable beds. Kroger is right next door.
