I moved out within the first month of living here because the conditions were unacceptable. The updated unit looked nice on the surface but was basically lipstick on a pig. Major issues: • Constant noise from traffic outside (thin windows). • Bedroom window had a huge crack and sealant was coming undone. • Upstairs neighbor stomped around at all hours. • Spotted roaches in the unit. • Washer and dryer are outdated, extremely loud, and the dryer had blue ink splattered inside. • A/C was extremely loud and took forever to cool the unit. (My bill was $190 for the 3 weeks that I stayed there) • Floors and walls made out of paper mache. For the price they’re charging, this place is not worth it. Management clearly puts more effort into appearances than actually maintaining livable conditions. P.s Don’t fall for the show unit they take you to with a radio blasting so you don’t hear the outside traffic

Moving here was a bad decision. There are so many car thefts; my car was stolen twice in less than four months, and the office staff does nothing. They take no measures, and the security is terrible. Anyone can easily walk in. In short, nobody cares if you get robbed. It's a terrible condominium for living in peace and security. They don't return the deposit even if you leave everything spotless.

The condominium is very nice, but the thieves don't let you live in peace. There are many car thefts, and the office staff do nothing; they just make excuses and don't take any measures to prevent these things from happening again. Security is terrible; anyone can easily walk in off the street. In short, nobody cares if you get robbed. It's a terrible condominium for living in peace and security. Forget about getting your deposit back, even if you leave everything brand new and clean, without any holes or anything; they won't give it back.

I am so happy that my realtor recommended this place. The apartment is in great condition for being an older community. It’s walking distance to Galleria mall and many nice restaurants. The prices are lower than most I found in the same street. Johana was the agent that helped me. I applied and got my status same day and moved in same week. Really was nice to have someone else from Florida recommend places and things to do.

The property is very nice and very well maintained. Kristina was super nice and very helpful. She did an excellent job showing several apartments and asked all the proper questions.
