Tiffany, the property manager, is amazing! The whole staff is amazing! Have lived here for a year now and can’t imagine leaving any time soon!

I am so happy that my realtor recommended this place. The apartment is in great condition for being an older community. It’s walking distance to Galleria mall and many nice restaurants. The prices are lower than most I found in the same street. Johana was the agent that helped me. I applied and got my status same day and moved in same week. Really was nice to have someone else from Florida recommend places and things to do.

Moving here was a bad decision. There are so many car thefts; my car was stolen twice in less than four months, and the office staff does nothing. They take no measures, and the security is terrible. Anyone can easily walk in. In short, nobody cares if you get robbed. It's a terrible condominium for living in peace and security. They don't return the deposit even if you leave everything spotless.

The condominium is very nice, but the thieves don't let you live in peace. There are many car thefts, and the office staff do nothing; they just make excuses and don't take any measures to prevent these things from happening again. Security is terrible; anyone can easily walk in off the street. In short, nobody cares if you get robbed. It's a terrible condominium for living in peace and security. Forget about getting your deposit back, even if you leave everything brand new and clean, without any holes or anything; they won't give it back.

I would not recommend living here. I lived here from May 2022 - July 2023. Please see a few reasons below that warrant my one-star review: 1. Mold: In July 2022, my AC was leaking and created black mold behind the wall in my closet and underneath the floor. I was extremely ill for a week with respiratory issues (I was negative for covid). I notified the apartment prior to the weekend, and they let it go on for a few more days before fixing it. They removed the mold, but in April 2023, the AC started leaking again. I attach a picture where you can see the pipe inside the AC unit which was really soggy and duct taped to prop it up. I will say, compared to the previous occurance, the maintenance guy came quickly on a Saturday to fix it. 2. Safety: Although the apartment complex advertises gated access and 24-hour security, I felt very unsafe in my time living here. The gates serve no purpose; often times, they leave the gates to the main entrance/side entrances wide open for anyone to go in as they please. Also, even though they give residents a key fob to open the gates, cars will sit outside of the gates waiting for a resident to open the gates, and follow them right through. When a resident opens the gates, several cars behind can get in before the gates close again. For this reason, theft had been prevelant during my time living there. I walked out to my car and found the car right across from me on cinderblocks with all their tires stolen (the attached picture is one I took). Someone came in the middle of the night and stole tires from several cars in the parking garage (which you can only access if you come through the gates, past security). Management then had the audacity to send out an email with tips to prevent auto theft. Additionally, there have been several times my personal safety had been threatened. There was a time I was sitting in my apartment alone and someone was jiggling my front door handle trying to get in. I looked outside the peephole, and there was a man standing outside. I called the office, and they said there was no scheduled maintenance and to not open the door for him. They said they would check it out, but I never heard back. Another time, I was walking my dog, and a man was following me around the complex. I turned around to confront him, and he walked right out of the complex like he hadn't even lived there. 3. Packages: Although sometimes you can pick up packages at the Amazon locker inside the complex, some of the packages would get delivered to the leasing office. Under old ownership, the leasing office used to email you when they had a package for you to pick up there. However, under new ownership, they do not notify you. I have lost several packages when I lived there. I would go to the office and they would tell me they didn't have a package for me there, even though my Amazon notification told me it was handed to the person who literally works in the office. They finally were able to locate some of my packages, after I had to email them and visit several times trying to get them. There are plenty more reasons for my review, like when I had to pull out my entire stacked washer and dryer set and drain it out by myself after the maintenance guy tried to gaslight me and told me it didn't need to be fixed. Or when they took my security deposit for carpet shampooing and other damage, even though I paid $200 to get the carpet shampooed and in the picture they sent me, you can see a tiny hairball, but you can also see the streaks from the carpet shampooer clearly showing I had gotten it cleaned. The other damage was from prior tenants, and I sent picture evidence with dates. Overall, I wouldn't necessarily blame management for all these problems given they can only do so much with the resources they are provided, but I would say they could show compassion for their tenants. There are an abundance of apartments in this area that provide better amenities and safety measures for similar rent.
