Living here has been an absolute nightmare. From day one, there has been a rat and roach infestation that management refuses to properly address. No matter how much I cleaned or reported it, the rats kept getting into my unit. It got so bad that my kids ended up with hand, foot, and mouth disease because of how often the rats were getting inside. The roaches were just as disgusting. They got into all of my work supplies and completely ruined them. I lost so much money because everything had to be thrown away. Management did nothing but make excuses. To make matters worse, the property manager is constantly involved in drama instead of doing her job. She actually drinks with tenants and acts like she’s one of their friends, not a professional. On top of that, she has zero respect for privacy—she spreads people’s personal information to other tenants, including my own business that she had no right to discuss. This place is unsafe, dirty, unprofessional, and flat-out disrespectful. If you care about your health, your family, or your sanity, do NOT move in here.

This place is the worst. It's full of cockroaches. When you pay a few hours late, they turn off the air conditioning. They don't do any maintenance. It's disgusting, and the customer service is horrible. You pay 350 a week, and they turn off the electricity whenever they feel like it. They're the worst. If they inspected this hotel, they'd close it down. The service is terrible. They don't fumigate, don't come to this place

It's not good place the lady líes and don't care about anything went 3 months with getting things fixed and 🐀🐀 alot she says pay rent she going fix it and líes gets mad when You ask her if she going fix stuff after paying rent she says she did not Say anything 😏😏

I'll be really Real about this place, has new management and they are NEW MANAGEMENT, all occupants are paying by-weekly ,we have gated entry after hours . The rooms are all being remodeled, still have a bit of a bug issue but it is getting better. You have about 15-25 seconds of cold water during the day and part of the night.... But the environment of people is a very BiG difference in a good way.

Its been exterminated. New management. New place completely. I feel pretty safe here as well as our belongings and toolbox in the bed of our truck. The manager Nancy is excellent at regulating unwanted riff raff out. The location has a gate code. And cameras. Our room is nice wt sink and hot plate. For the price and location you can't beat it
