I do not recommend living in this apartment complex. The building is roach-infested, trash is often piled in the hallways, the gates rarely work, packages are being stolen, and the elevators have been down for weeks. As someone with a disability, I’ve struggled daily with having to climb the stairs just to complete basic tasks. Management has shown no sense of urgency, no accommodations for residents with disabilities, and no compassion for its tenants.If you plan on touring just look at the stairwells it’s filthy.

Latocha in the front office was wonderful. Extremely helpful and very communicative! I will miss her personality. The apartment was great for the time being and a good location. I had some problems with maintenance and leaks from upstairs but over all I’m giving a great review on Latocha customer service and representation.

I toured this property yesterday and had a great experience. Ashley was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the community. She took her time explaining everything, answered all of my questions, and made the tour feel comfortable and stress-free. Definitely can see myself calling this place home.

I had a great experience touring 3800 Main. I’m really glad I was able to view the property in person, made a big difference in getting a feel for the community. The location is a plus as well, especially being across the street from the breakfast klub. Ashley was helpful & informative throughout, I would definitely consider leasing here in the future.

3800 Main speaks for itself. Ashley and Tiarra simply operate at a different level. Professional. Precise. No unnecessary back and forth — just results. The process was smooth, the communication was clear, and the standard was met without hesitation. If you appreciate efficiency and excellence, you’ll understand why they’re the GHOATs.
