Latocha in the front office was wonderful. Extremely helpful and very communicative! I will miss her personality. The apartment was great for the time being and a good location. I had some problems with maintenance and leaks from upstairs but over all I’m giving a great review on Latocha customer service and representation.

I had a great experience touring 3800 Main. I’m really glad I was able to view the property in person, made a big difference in getting a feel for the community. The location is a plus as well, especially being across the street from the breakfast klub. Ashley was helpful & informative throughout, I would definitely consider leasing here in the future.

3800 Main speaks for itself. Ashley and Tiarra simply operate at a different level. Professional. Precise. No unnecessary back and forth — just results. The process was smooth, the communication was clear, and the standard was met without hesitation. If you appreciate efficiency and excellence, you’ll understand why they’re the GHOATs.

I’ve noticed a lot of positive changes since Mrs. Burrell became the new property manager at 3800 Main. There is now 24-hour security, the stairwells have been cleaned, and the parking garage gates have been fixed; things that truly make a difference in feeling safe and cared for as a resident. Mrs. Burrell has been a pleasant and refreshing addition to our community. You can tell she takes pride in her work and in improving the quality of living here. Grateful for her leadership and her team’s efforts.

I am so disappointed in my living conditions at this point. After signing my lease, I was told of the horrible roach and rat conditions by a resident but I could only monitor at that point. My Gawd, from catching a rat or two on a trap to mice running across my floor is unacceptable for these apartments. The proper preventative care is not being done correctly. I have been to the office and submitted multiple request to resolve this. Yet, they take their time and just put down additional traps. I reached my breaking point! Im in the process of moving up out of here, but I will do what I can to save the next family. This is clearly an issue in the whole apartment based on reviews. Im begging you when unit 202 is vacant, please do not move in there without doing your own inspection. This is officially an infestation!!!!!!!
