Samantha is very friendly and patient. I appreciate her honesty while touring the property. The reason for not giving 5 stars had to do with the property. Two gates that should be closed and locked were not and couldn't be closed, also the hallways were not clean, spiderweb, need for vacuum and sweeping etc. It could be because of the holidays but I'm not sure. This did not stop us from signing the lease, the inside of apartments are very nice.

I toured with Samantha a couple days ago. She was very pleasant and helpful and allowed me to see the multiple options that I was interested in, which included the very tasteful model A6 unit. Though I don’t believe this is my future home, the little bit that I did see felt acceptable and homey, considering all the negative reviews. It seems this complex is trying to improve and with Samantha on the team I believe that’s possible!

Hello to all. I’m glad I did have an opportunity to walk in to Regard apartments today. The Leasing Agent Ms. Samantha was very polite very well professional worker for this apartment property. Her energy, her understanding as a new tenant looking to move in soon, she was very helpful. She made the atmosphere comfortable for me to decide to move in ASAP. Thank you for her assistance. This review is based on my partner’s and my experience living here. While the staff themselves are nice and polite, the overall living conditions have been extremely stressful. The gated doors you have to use to access the apartment buildings are constantly broken ,we’ve had to slip our hands through the other side just to unlock them, which feels unsafe and unacceptable. Management claims there’s on-site security, but we’ve never actually seen anyone doing rounds. Random people walk around the property because the doors stay open since they don’t work properly. We’ve even seen people squatting in empty units. On top of that, residents’ cars have been damaged or put on bricks. The only convenient thing about this place is the location, but the safety issues far outweigh that. This has been our honest experience, and we wouldn’t recommend living here despite the friendly staff.
