I usually never stay at MOTELS, but I had no other option the night I stayed here. There was white bed bug powder all over the mattress, cockroaches everywhere, and the hot water did not work. Do not stay here! They may be cheap, but go spend a few extra dollars on something livable!

I honestly don't know why they only have one ⭐ as the type of hotel rating. The rooms are super cute and cozy and come with a medium fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. The toilets are wrapped with a seal to let you know they have been sanitized and cleaned. They give you a cute bottle of water and little toiletries. It has a couch and desk area, but the couch was not very cushioned. And there is no top lock on the doors. All in all, not bad for their prices.

Rooms were clean and did NOT have roaches or other bugs. And for that, they get 4 stars ☆☆☆☆. The freeway traffic is kinda loud, and they don't have free breakfast or vending machines. Although they do sell drinks at the front desk but have very few choices. Rooms have shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toothbrushes as well as wifi. Not many cable channels are available, but the tv was big. It worked great, and even the remote worked. The phone didn't work but it was not a big deal.

I paid $500 a week for a room there for I and my children to stay here they charged me extra because of my dog an he’s trained so my room doesn’t smell like dog but I cleaned my own room kept the room clean. I’m homeless they tell me that everybody at the hotel has too check out but from the looks of it I’m the only one that’s leaving during this pandemic and all rooms are taken!! I will never go back there the young tall guy that’s in the office is the problem I believe his personality is sneaky and stucks

The service here was horrible I found roaches small and big in the restroom sheets are stained. If your looking for a fast dirty night this is a spot for the people who would like to live with roaches and infestation. I wouldn't give this hotel any stars if I could I would definitely send the BBB a email about this situation. I will never come back here again even if it was $50 a night. The service was horrible he said to wash off the roaches with water and to don't mind them!!! That is very disgusting on a night I thought was a good sleep. Turns to be a nightmare.
