Not worth your hard-earned money.. Feeling like I got bait-and-switched moving in here. My top concerns were cockroaches and neighbor noise. I was assured I would only be able to hear my upstairs neighbors if they were moving/moving furniture, blah blah... but we have been battling roaches for 2 months now and this place is NOT SOUNDPROOF! I know everything about my upstairs neighbor against my will. I know they wake up at 8, go to sleep between 11:30-12am, work from home, I know when their stomach hurts and they flush the toilet alot. Does this sound like an invasion of privacy? Because that's how it feels... I do not live in filth nor do I have pets. I have had regular pest control sprays for 2 months now but its not making a difference. There are roach traps in every room and they all have something. That being said, some things work: Maintenance is super attentive, leasing office staff is nice, air filters are changed regularly, cable TV in common areas rocks, real wood floors and gas stoves are a really nice touch. However, I hate to pay almost $3,000 a month to lose my peace of mind. Between the roaches and my poor neighbors having no idea how close we actually are, I would not recommend this place.

I had a great experience visiting Yorktown Galleria Apartments! Melissa was incredibly knowledgeable and kind — she answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the whole tour process smooth and comfortable. The apartment itself was beautiful — clean, spacious, and very well maintained. You can tell they really care about keeping the property in great condition. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Amazing Experience at 1900 Yorktown! From my very first tour to now living here, my experience at 1900 Yorktown has been nothing short of exceptional. From day one, Jesus, the leasing agent, has gone above and beyond to make sure every step of the process was smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly informative, patient, and truly understanding of my needs, which made moving in such a positive experience. The entire staff here is fantastic they’re always attentive and quick to respond to any request. Maintenance deserves a special shoutout as well they keep everything running perfectly and handle any issues with professionalism and care. You can really tell that everyone here takes pride in their work and wants residents to feel comfortable and cared for. I would 100% recommend living at 1900 Yorktown to anyone looking for a place that feels like home with a team that genuinely cares about their residents.

Living at 1900 Yorktown has been an exceptional experience! I've lived here 3 yrs and only left to buy a home. The building is always safe, clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The amenities are truly top-notch — from the beautifully kept pool to the beverage bars that are always fully stocked, everything is thoughtfully designed for residents' enjoyment. One of the standout features is the responsiveness of the management team. Jessica, the manager, is incredibly attentive and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled with impressive speed — in my experience, even something as simple as a lightbulb change was completed the same day I submitted the request! If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, convenience, and outstanding service, 1900 Yorktown is the perfect choice.
