Lovely Galleria Suites by Sonder

My wife and I lived at 1900 Yorktown for more than 3 years and only moved out because work transferred me abroad, otherwise, we'd still be here because we love the community. But to provide a thorough review, let's start with some things that happened on the downside. The apartment complex is quiet and the neighborhood is safe. That said, in 3 years here, there was one car broken into in the garage and one apartment broken into. More recently, there were a couple instances where the package room was broken into and some packages stolen. After those instances, a security guard was hired to do rounds at nights and new cameras were installed at all floors. It shows management is reacting to the ocurrences, which is positive, however, a more proactive approach could've been taken to avoid them from ocurring in the first place, even if the ones at fault could've been some of the residents themselves, by leaving doors opened to strangers. The administration of the apartment complex is quite good and keeps the building in good shape, including internal (hallways, carpets, business center, gym) and external areas (gardens, pool). The only complaint here would be that the barbecue burners by the pool are often times not functioning properly. The staff is always attentive and very helpful, with a highlight to the manager Jessica, who is always very nice and helpful for any support needed. Maintenance in the apartment is also done very quickly when requested. Mike is great! The garage is covered and very spacious. The apartments themselves have good layout and are roomy, and appliances are of high quality. We searched and visited many apartments before moving in and we constantly checked the market for other options, and in the price range that it sits, it is one of the best in town balancing amenities provided and location for our needs.

I had a great experience visiting Yorktown Galleria Apartments! Melissa was incredibly knowledgeable and kind — she answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the whole tour process smooth and comfortable. The apartment itself was beautiful — clean, spacious, and very well maintained. You can tell they really care about keeping the property in great condition. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Amazing Experience at 1900 Yorktown! From my very first tour to now living here, my experience at 1900 Yorktown has been nothing short of exceptional. From day one, Jesus, the leasing agent, has gone above and beyond to make sure every step of the process was smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly informative, patient, and truly understanding of my needs, which made moving in such a positive experience. The entire staff here is fantastic they’re always attentive and quick to respond to any request. Maintenance deserves a special shoutout as well they keep everything running perfectly and handle any issues with professionalism and care. You can really tell that everyone here takes pride in their work and wants residents to feel comfortable and cared for. I would 100% recommend living at 1900 Yorktown to anyone looking for a place that feels like home with a team that genuinely cares about their residents.

Let me just say right up front, I remember looking at the monthly number when I first inquired and thinking, "Well, that’s quite a bit of money!" But I made the appointment anyway, and that's where my perspective changed. The young lady who handled my tour and application was a picture of first-rate professionalism, which is something you just don't see much of anymore. I quickly realized I wasn't just paying for four walls, I was paying for peace of mind and quality service. I’ve been settled in now for over a year and a half, and the place is as quiet and tidy as the day I moved in. The maintenance team, bless their hearts, are absolutely reliable. They show up when they say they will and they fix things right the first time. The office staff is always there with a cheerful hello. If you’re looking for a proper, respectable establishment where the staff still cares about the residents, look no further. Highly recommended.
