All Ill say is this, do NOT move here RUN! the day I moved in I photographed 30 discrepancies, shower rod fell on my infant in the tub. she got a knot on her head resulting in. A hospital visit, and a busted lip falling due to management refusing to fix the leaking. I just filed a lawsuit on the management guy, and started the process to sue the entire place, won’t share too much before the court date. Due to basic law when legal proceedings are taking place, for innocent until proven guilty, and I don’t want to incriminate or give them a reason to no longer see me a the actual victim but imma get my justice

My name is Taneisha Scott and I moved into 2111 Holly Hall in May 2021! I did the standard walkthrough, pointed out all the things that needed to be fixed/ replaced, provided pictures and nothing has been done! I have holes everywhere, old filters, broken cabinets, BACKED UP SEWAGE IN MY DISHWASHER, a huge hole in my stove, refrigerator sometimes freeze and sometimes don't, ceiling fan goes extremely slow in the Master bedroom forcing me to purchase and run 3 fans due to it being extremely hot in that room only, windows need new blinds and filters for the townhome, and something is wrong with my AC. The monitor or something needs to be replaced and AC UNIT NEEDS TO BE CHECKED OR CHANGED! All Management gives me is excuses that they are short of staff and the crew is busy! I literally just had pest control come two days ago! Remember my requests have been since May 2021! Now, today 9/22/21 I get a knock at my door to remove a door net because the owners are doing a walkthrough of the property! Excuse you, fix what needs to be fixed and do what your supposed to do for a paying NEW RESIDENT! I honestly don't know what else to do! 😩😭 we are so unhappy!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place, the management, the management company, and property owner are ridiculous. The apartments are unsuitable to live in. I have sent emails to the property management company, the property manager, and met with the property manager in person. The same problems exist. There is an infestation of roaches. The property owner allowed us to go 7 days without power. They DO NOT care about the tenants. I lost $360 worth of groceries and spent over $335 to make hotel accommodations due to the power outage. They refuse to compensate for my losses, refused to prorate the rent, and refuse to transfer me to a rehabilitated apartment. Find another place to live because GDF Properties and Robert the property owner, will have you living in unsustainable living conditions! ***UPDATE*** The comment that 2111 Holly Hall placed under my review is NOT TRUE. My building alone with 21 other buildings were without power 7 days before generators were bought to the property. They kept blaming Centerpoint, but 2111 Holly Hall is responsible for the outages. In fact, Friday, May 12, 2023, another transformer has blown out. 22 buildings are currently without power again. No compensation for losses, no prorated rent, and no empathy for tenants.

Just moved in had minor repairs that have been fixed love the quietness of the complex now with the added security at the gate and are visible throughout the day I'm even happier than before. Love the hard wood floors updated washer and dryer I must say I feel at home. Kudos to all the office staff and thank you for the added security 👍🏿 👏 😀 resident since 3/2025

SHERRELL IS FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL ALONG WITH OTHER OFFICE STAFF BUT 2111 HOLLY HALL HAS BEEN ONE OF THE WORST MISTAKES I’VE EVER MADE. MY APT WAS BROKEN INTO AND RANSACKED CAUSE OF NO SECURITY WHEN WE WENT TO FINISH MOVING OUT THIS MORNING,ROACH INFESTATION, JACKLEG MAINTENANCE,AIR CONDITIONER”S CONSTANTLY RUNNING OR BREAKING DOWN CAUSING HIGH LIGHT BILLS, YOUR RENT KEEPS GOING HIGHER CAUSE ALL THE OTHER CHARGES ADDED ON: SEWER,WATER, TRASH.VALET TRASH PICKUP IS INCLUDED IN LEASE WHETHER YOU WANT IT OR NOT. I WAS PAYING 845 TO 1000 FOR 1 BEDROOM AROUND LESS THAN 700 SQUARE FEET. WE ALSO WERE CHARGED FOR PEST CONTROL BUT HAD TO BOMB APT OURSELVES WHICH MADE ROACHES WORSE AND THE ROACHES WERE LIKE IS THAT ALL YOU GOT?????????? THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY BEFORE THIS ONE REALLY MESSED OVER ALOT OF TENANTS INCLUDING MYSELF AND I”M NO LONGER THERE BUT IN A BETTER PLACE!!!!!!!!! WINDOW WAS BROKEN BY SOMEONE FROM UPSTAIRS,I CALLED EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE, NO ONE EVER CAME, WE PATCHED OURSELVES AND THATS HOW THEY BROKE INTO APT AND WINDOW IS STILL BROKEN AS OF NOW.
