I’ve had the opportunity to live at Caroline Post Oak for about two years, and I have to say the maintenance staff is excellent. They are incredibly kind, always take the time to explain everything, and are very helpful. Reina, in particular, stands out—she always answers any questions you may have and makes sure you understand everything clearly. She is friendly, pleasant, and extremely efficient. Mario in the office also does an outstanding job; he is very kind, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, a great experience thanks to such a dedicated team.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The property has become much cleaner, and I love the new changes and improvements Breonna has been making since she arrived. She does a great job creating a welcoming community atmosphere, and events like Taco Tuesday for residents are such a fun touch. Overall, it’s been a positive experience living here!

I had a wonderful experience at Caroline Post Oak, and a huge part of that was thanks to Breonna! From the moment we arrived, she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional.
