I’ve had such a great experience living here! The management team is amazing, and I want to give a special shout-out to Mario for always being so helpful and responsive. The amenities are really nice, always kept clean and safe, which makes day-to-day living super easy. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, but it’s still surprisingly quiet and peaceful. My move-in process was smooth, and communication was great the whole way through. Definitely 5 stars!

The Caroline - Post Oak is absolutely amazing! Management keeps the property very clean and they're so nice. Mario has been absolutely incredible, as well as Jason and Sunny. I can't say enough about them, the Caroline is very lucky to have them.

Im srry but 1200+ for this place? No, there is nothing luxurious about this place as soon as we moved in the place it was decent til you go in the bathroom the shower already had mold in it, the vent above the sink is rusted, one of the lights above the sink blinks off an on including some of the lights in the living room an kitchen, the refrigerator had a weird power like dust in it, the water pressure was low and the temperature in the washer is not great, and they charge for extra unnecessary things they label “amenities” like why am i being charged for garbage if i take my own out an pest control but don’t ever see no exterminator plus i spray the apartment down myself an the female coworkers are very unprofessional this is your place of WORK not a dating place they got bars and lounges for that this place needs New And Better management

My Husband and I lived here under the old management (AMLI) between 2015-2021. Now, due to work, we’re back in the area, and our first choice was 2525 McCue Rd (Caroline Post Oak).A few things have changed — the clubhouse has been renovated, bikes now have their own secured room to avoid theft, and we noticed a lot more security cameras. We’ve also encountered Officer Murphy twice already — once around 11pm when we arrived home from work, and another time around 10pm while picking up one of our teens from a high school program. Both times, he introduced himself and made us feel safe. Yes, AMLI had security before, but they were always either playing around or sleeping. Officer Murphy gave us information about his job, how to contact him if we ever saw something suspicious, and we even see him patrolling all night from our window facing McCue Rd. It’s a big difference! We also noticed the hallway carpets are brand new, the walls are freshly painted, and the hallways actually smell like a 5-star hotel (something we definitely didn’t have before!). This property Didn’t flood or lost power during Hurricane Harvey! Thats a PLUS! When we applied, we were lucky enough to meet Mario Navarrete, our leasing agent what a wonderful man to deal with! We did everything over the phone and online, and Mario provided absolutely outstanding customer service. We told him we were former residents, and he made us feel like family. The screening process was clear, fast, and zero confusion. Mario didn’t just help us he went out of his way to make sure our family got the best unit available (a 2 story townhome). At first, we applied for a regular apartment, but with two teenagers, we needed privacy! Mario walked us through everything and made sure our place was clean and move-in ready. We love 2525 McCue we love Caroline Post Oak! It’s super accessible to everything. Trust me, you don’t even need to drive because the mall is just a few steps away. Fancy restaurants, a rooftop cinema ! you literally don’t even need to pay for an Uber for happy hour! Because you can just walk home Great location, the property is VERY diverse, We highly recommend Caroline Post Oak and their staff. And if you do apply, make sure to ASK FOR MARIO! You will be Not disappointed .

This is a very good mid-rise apartment property. This is one of the best mid-rise parking situations we've been a part of. It is in the galleria. Management was very nice and assisted us on where to park and where to offload our customer. Everyone was friendly and there were no issues. My client got her keys at the leasing office before hand so we were able to move right in. She was very satisfied with her unit.
