We stayed at this same hotel exactly one year ago and had great service but this time was not the same. There is paint everywhere and stains on the carpet. The hot tub and bar are not open. The pool is unusable because it is ice cold. The staff were not friendly. We were called at 6:30pm and told to be quiet. My young son was only walking around the room. We were not being loud. We had to ask for blankets and towels. There were no blankets on the beds and only 2 towels. They gave us an eye roll when asking for towels.

Easily one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Room 320 was in terrible condition — stained carpet covered in white paint marks and base coving missing from the walls. The sheets were paper-thin with no extra blankets provided. The furniture was old, worn out, and clearly not maintained. The restroom smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the hallways constantly reeked of weed. The floors leading to the lobby were filthy, with dirt everywhere, like no one bothers to clean at all. This place feels neglected, unsanitary, and poorly managed. Do not stay here.

It's a convenient location for my needs. Thank fully it's off of 249, although expect traffic noise in the morning. I couldn't count on getting new towels and trash pick up by simply calling the front desk. Make sure to follow-up and leave stuff outside the door. I did get prompt service when I asked for soap and new towels. The breakfast bar is amazing. I recommend!

I wish I could post pictures. The room we were were in had white stains all over the carpet. Assuming paint. The baseboard was missing in the entire room. The beds were as hard as a rock. After being exhausted after our trip down, I fell asleep immediately. Woke up to a pillow with giant brown stains and a black moldy patch. Completely disgusted. Took a shower, the shower walls look like they haven't ever been cleaned. Not only was the room a mess but the hallways and stair cases looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a while either. Missing trim pieces, white stains and stuff on the floors. The staff was friendly and helpful. But after addressing the issues in the room, they wouldn't offer a discount, the best they could do was give me a fresher pillow.

Had a negative experience here. Got here on Thursday and our sheets were dirty, towels weren’t clean, but overall, Eduardo was very nice and got us taken care of. Then, the next Saturday, went went to use the shower and many settings were messed up/unusable. Go to check out and discuss this with the front desk man and he promised us that the manager would call us, and figure it out, but he never did. 0/10 recommend apart from friendly staff on Thursday. Other than that no good. Would recommend an AirBNB over this
