By far the nicest La Quinta I've stayed in. The entire hotel looked to be updated. The rooms had a nice big work desk and bathtub. The hotel was nice and quite I felt safe and slept great. The clerks at the desk were all very polite and professional. It also smells really nice.

Everything was perfectly fine and what you would expect for this type of hotel for the price. The staff are nice and helpful. It was fairly quiet, a good location, and we felt safe. This hotel is near our family and as long as the rooms continue to be clean and comfortable, then we will continue to stay here regularly. My husband and I already have another reservation in January and a trip on the horizon for February.

We were suppose to stay Oct 3-6 2025. We were really looking forward to our stay until we recognize bugs in the bathtub, a strong odor in one room, and dirt in each of the beds. It was unbelievable since we were checking in at 12:30 am and were completely exhausted. We were shown three different rooms and promised a FULL refund by the male night shift worker Friday night October 3,2025. After contacting the property for a refund, were charged for one night since we checked in for 10 minutes and discovered the filth. The male also abruptly asked me to stop taking pictures after I took this one. EDIT: A week ago, the lady at the front desk told me the manager would be calling me… still NO CALL BACK. I’ve skipped lunches this week because my budget has been dramatically affected by this hotel. UPDATE: 1 month later and STILL NO CALL FROM MANAGEMENT AS GUARANTEED.

This was a very nice location and very clean and professional. Very quiet if you are looking for something with not a lot of noise! I especially enjoyed front desk employees Joyce and Geraldine they were very kind and every time I saw them they were working! I can’t wait to go back to this location for my future Pearland, Houston stays!!! Thank you La Quinta!

GOT BUGS!!!!...we stayed the first night woke up with bite marks all up and down my legs and arms...she sat on the couch was about six times on the back of her leg...we had booked 3 nights so we ask the front desk for another room and showed her the bite marks...we got another room and the problem went away...I ask the same lady if we could get the room the first night taken off our bill...we had to by cream medicine...then the tables started to turn...she said they sent in an exterminator and he said he found nothing in the room...but then said he sprayed the room and basically made it sound like they couldn't rent the room for 3 days...so she made it sound like we was making the story up and it was our fault for the hotels inconvenience...if you look at other reviews the bug issue is nothing new....never again La Quinta Inn! Very disgusting!
