By far the nicest La Quinta I've stayed in. The entire hotel looked to be updated. The rooms had a nice big work desk and bathtub. The hotel was nice and quite I felt safe and slept great. The clerks at the desk were all very polite and professional. It also smells really nice.

My crew and I travel a lot for work. Found this PARTICULAR HOTEL because of it's location to the jobsite and was not happy. Pricing "MAY" be tilted because I requested a single and a double room. Was given 2 Doubles. Unsure if I'm being charged for 2 doubles or not, because as an employee I do not handle those finances. NOT trailer friendly. Does NOT specify on website/CLC app/etc./ whether or not is trailer friendly. Hotel staff made me move my truck and trailer from my original parking which was parked in the same spot for 2 WHOLE DAYS in a 4 day reservation, which there was no problem prior, but apparently on THURDAYS'S they expect a whole convention center's worth of people to show up and fill their LIMITED space's and expect anyone with a trailer to park in a DEISGNATED FIRE LANE BLOCKING A FIRE HYDRANT/ACCESS to any such priorities and claim, "We own that spot and we have people park there ALL the time with trailers." Does the hotel assume the towing fee for my truck/trailer if the city tows it do to their ignorance? PROBABLY NOT, so I will not park in a designated fire lane. This hotel needs to get it's priorities under check and understand certain things involving their customer's and their needs.

Everything was perfectly fine and what you would expect for this type of hotel for the price. The staff are nice and helpful. It was fairly quiet, a good location, and we felt safe. This hotel is near our family and as long as the rooms continue to be clean and comfortable, then we will continue to stay here regularly. My husband and I already have another reservation in January and a trip on the horizon for February.

Ms Gloria the lady at the front desk was awesome they also upgraded my room for me so that was a plus I do have some complaints the entire stay the upstairs tenants were super loud I could hardly get any rest which triggered me having a seizure due to me not getting good sleep for 3 days we called front desk 15 minutes of Just arriving to complain on top of my child being woke up out her sleep and she had to get up super early for cheer competition me and my spouse tried complaining to front desk repeatedly but that seem to not work she stated it was a police officer like that give him any right to disturb my time being there so I honestly doubt anything was said to him also the room was fairly clean but it was food and stains left behind from past people staying there also found pop and bugs but we just stayed there for our few days and left we try not to make things a big deal because we are not confrontational and we like to keep the peace we would stay here again overall will just of course check the room before checking in it is a convenient place to be due to it being around a lot of places they had cameras Also so I felt safe there with my family people were also nice walking past the breakfast is nasty but it’s free so you know lol take it with a grain of salt

We were suppose to stay Oct 3-6 2025. We were really looking forward to our stay until we recognize bugs in the bathtub, a strong odor in one room, and dirt in each of the beds. It was unbelievable since we were checking in at 12:30 am and were completely exhausted. We were shown three different rooms and promised a FULL refund by the male night shift worker Friday night October 3,2025. After contacting the property for a refund, were charged for one night since we checked in for 10 minutes and discovered the filth. The male also abruptly asked me to stop taking pictures after I took this one. EDIT: A week ago, the lady at the front desk told me the manager would be calling me… still NO CALL BACK. I’ve skipped lunches this week because my budget has been dramatically affected by this hotel. UPDATE: 1 month later and STILL NO CALL FROM MANAGEMENT AS GUARANTEED.
