“Great Experience — Staff Handled Everything Perfectly” I had an awesome stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I did see a situation where some guests threatened to leave fake reviews after being caught smoking in a non-smoking room, but the manager and front desk handled it calmly and professionally. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely stay here again!

I’m currently staying at this La Quinta by Wyndham in Pasadena and I’ve had a great experience. The hotel has been recently remodeled and you can tell a lot of work has gone into updating the property. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The owners — a couple of young guys — gave me a very warm welcome from the moment I arrived. They were professional, friendly, and worked with me on a great price, which I truly appreciated. Parking is easy and convenient, which is a big plus for travelers. There are still a few small finishing details being completed from the remodel, but nothing that affects the comfort of the stay. Overall, this is a solid place to stay in Pasadena, Texas — clean rooms, fair pricing, and excellent hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.

I was blessed to stumble across this LaQuinta Inn because I was coming to work in the Pasadena area for over a month. The front desk, I believe her name was Pretti, and she was great. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped with all my accommodations like laundry and eating and such. The room was super clean, breakfast was always hot and ready on time, laundry was incredibly affordable! Everyone that worked there was super nice and accommodating! I would definitely recommend to all my workers!

Absolutely awful. Where do i even start. The whole place smelled damp and wet like a basement. When we go to our room the main light didnt even work nor did the tv because they literally just put a smaller tv in front of it and didnt take the other down. The back to the remote wasnt even for that remote. The chair at the desk in there was broken. There was visible mold in the wood paneling. The mini fridge leaked water all over our food. The door to the room didnt shut properly. The carpets were nasty and stained. Elevator did not work. There was a bullet hole in the side door and u could just open it without a card or anything. We found a roach by the kitchen and not the water roaches but the small german roach. The pool was really murky and u couldnt see the bottom. They had a hot tub spot but it was obviously filled with concrete. This is one of the worst rooms i have ever stayed in. I highly recommend looking else where because this aint it.
