La Quinta Inn & Suites Houston Nw Beltway 8 West Road

Can we say "Wonderful"? From the moment we entered the lobby to check in, it was clear we chose the best hotel for our visit to this area. Isaac, at the front desk, greets guests with a big smile and warm welcome. He was quick to assist our family with checking into our three rooms. Every time we passed by, he would speak, smile, and make sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt appreciated and welcome. The room was large and immaculate. Pleasant decor and nicely painted, cozy chair and table, plenty of lights, USB charging ports, an extremely comfortable king bed with plenty of pillows. A nice closet, large work desk, counter area with coffee maker, mini fridge, & microwave. Next - the bathroom - WOW! Extremely roomy, a large spotless walk in shower with a shower head with several different settings, large vanity with plenty of counter space. Only 2 washcloths, hand towels, and bath towels though, which is less than most hotels I've stayed in. Breakfast was very good - waffles, muffins, cereals, sausage, eggs, potatoes, yogurt, coffee, juice - well laid out and maintained. Here Kiran kept everything running smoothly. He was very helpful, friendly, smiling. I noticed he was considerate to all guests and quick to help you carry something if your hands were full. The dining room was very nicely decorated and laid out well. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! Listed as a 3 star hotel but should be a 4 in my opinion. Isaac and Kiran are superb at customer service and assets to LaQuinta by Wyndham. Thank you! Well done!

Very easy to get to with Maps, and the whole place is nice and clean. The hallways and room were a bit warm at first, but it quickly reached our ideal temp after we changed the thermostat. The bed was very comfy and clean, and they gave us 6 pillows for the room, which helped since our son used the sofa bed. The bathroom was huge and clean and very nice!

Great aesthetics, doesn’t have that “hotel” smell at all. Everything was super clean and nicely put together. Full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were available. The staff members were great. Breakfast had variety and was hot. Location is safe which matters a lot since we travel with my grandma often. It’s always been a hit and miss when booking online; but this place is for sure saved in my favorites now! Thank yall for a great stay!!!

The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was pretty decent. The only thing I would say is bacon probably needed to be added or some kind of alternate meat other than sausage as some people don't eat pork so it could be turkey, bacon or whatever. But other than that the room was very clean. Always got fresh towels when I needed them. The only thing I would say also is the water is hot but it's not hot enough when it comes to taking a shower. The location is perfect on and off the highway. Everything you need is right there in that area. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again 10 out of 10

This hotel is in a nice location providing close access to many different amenities. The rooms are a nice size and everything was very clean. A basic hot breakfast is offered which was good. An outside pool and hot tub are also available. The front desk staff were all very friendly.
