Great aesthetics, doesn’t have that “hotel” smell at all. Everything was super clean and nicely put together. Full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were available. The staff members were great. Breakfast had variety and was hot. Location is safe which matters a lot since we travel with my grandma often. It’s always been a hit and miss when booking online; but this place is for sure saved in my favorites now! Thank yall for a great stay!!!

I stayed at this La Quinta for four nights, and it honestly impressed me from start to finish. The front desk staff were super friendly and made check-in quick and easy — you could tell they actually cared about the guests My room was spotless when I walked in. The bed was really comfortable, the pillows were soft, and everything felt fresh and well kept. The A/C worked perfectly (which I appreciated in the Texas heat), and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast in the morning was better than I expected — the hot food was exceptional and had a wide range of food, the coffee was unexpectedly good and they kept everything clean and stocked. The lady working the breakfast area was really kind and made sure everyone had what they needed. The location is convenient too — close to restaurants, gas stations, and the highway, but still quiet at night. I felt safe parking my car and walking around the property. What stood out most was how consistent everything was. Every time I passed a staff member, they smiled or said hello. That kind of atmosphere makes a big difference. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and genuinely welcoming place to stay.

My name is Joyce Mustafa. I stayed in Room 104 and checked out on December 21. Shortly after leaving, I realized I had left my black Michael Kors coat with gold zippers hanging in the closet. I called the front desk within about one hour of checkout to report the item and ask if someone could retrieve it. The front desk clerk checked and informed me that the room had already been cleaned and that the jacket was not there. I was told housekeeping had taken the jacket. I want to be clear that the coat was visible and hanging in the closet when I left the room, and I called back almost immediately. I am very disappointed and concerned about how a valuable personal item could disappear so quickly. I expected that items left in plain sight would be secured and documented per standard hotel lost-and-found procedures. I ask that you please investigate this matter, review any available records or surveillance, and confirm whether the jacket was found and logged in your lost-and-found area. I would also appreciate being informed of your findings and any steps you plan to take in response.

I stayed here for 5 days, and the hotel itself is excellent, but what really stands out is the staff. I accidentally left my jacket behind, and the manager, Samir, along with Andrea, went above and beyond—they thoroughly checked the room, found it, and had it ready for me to pick up. I had actually misplaced the jacket in a hidden corner, so the fact it was found and returned within hours of my checkout really shows how attentive and diligent the staff are. I would definitely stay here again if I need a hotel in Houston.

Absolutely a great stay for my wife and I. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property is very well taken care of including the pool area. Absolutely a great room very clean and like new. The bed was comfortable. Would recommend if your in need of a room in this area
