Such a dirty hotel. Run down, discolored, dirty carpets. Dirty corners. Just run down and unclean. The vents literally have black mold on them, and the wall around them. I don't know how this hotel is still running.

Very dirty rooms and outdoor play areas, broken fencing, broken and green hot tub. I have seen spiders here and there in hotels but never small bugs that scared me!! When we arrived our Ac was broke we did get another room and they replaced the entire unit and we were in the bigger room the next night which was nice but we didn't get any money back to us or anything so we paid full price for a bigger room we didn'tget the 1st night. This hotel carried a smell on the floors that was horrid. The carpet needs to go, and when we got in our room, you could tell they did not vacuum or change our bed covers. It had stuff on it from the last visitor. This is the first hotel of many I have ever given a bad report, and the owner deserves it. The breakfast was absolutely horrible and not enough muffins, yogurts for the guests. They might have set out 5, and when that was gone, that was it. The desk ladies are wonderful. This goes towards the owner because we stayed in this hotel in Michigan, and it was wonderful! Breakfast was amazing, and it was clean!!

The staff is amazing and helpful as well as kind. They are very accommodating and patient. I have 2 small grandchildren, and they were very patient with us. The food was good. The pool was good. They had washing machines and dryers and dishwashers. I would go back again.

The rooms have little German roaches. One crawled out on the counter while I was making the little one some food. Where there is one, there are many, many more. They sprayed pesticides in the room and were told it was odorless but it still irritated my son’s throat to where he was coughing so bad I asked to switch rooms. That was until I heard that all the rooms were sprayed in the location where FEMA guests were staying. They wanted to put us in another sprayed room. The breakfast is not good and lacking. The pool was not useable, the basketballs were all flat, there was no propane or charcoal to use for the grills, the towels and blanket we were given were all ripped and old. The washer is $4 a load and smells bad, the housekeeping goes in your room even when asked not to. There were in the closet going through my stuff when they knocked over my tub of oxi clean, leaving the powder all over everything, including my clean clothes and the floor. The rooms are outdated although they are little studios which was cool. The pull out sofa was the most uncomfortable place I’ve ever tried to have my child sleep. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, also were quick to try and help when needed. Management was training new staff but when needed she was there for them. Their printer needs to be replaced or clean the heads and refresh the ink. The housekeeping was also asked for a dnd sign after ours initially disappeared off the door and when asked for a new one the female responded with “no English” however later that day we heard her speaking fluent English and with no Hispanic accent.

No stars hotel/motel smelled like Galveston the ac had a mold smell I woke up with a sore throat. Housekeeping had no respect for the do not disturb they came in & took towels never replaced. Called front desk said they were sending someone had to call again said she would bring self never got. Went to front to get myself was given dirty towels. 2nd day I was in shower good thing top was locked. The walls are so thin ppl at end of hall were fighting we could hear everything poor Joaquin got cheated on. Evening front desk lady was very rude & unprofessionals never greeted us even when we would. Ppl were out front smoking pot every time I went out. Just not a good experience & now trying to recover from whatever germs were going around there.
