We stayed here bc of the great rating and we had a great experience. The bed and bathrooms were clean. I wipe all counters when I arrive at any hotel with disinfectant wipes and theirs was the cleanest ever! Breakfast was good. We had an issue with the tv and they fixed it fast. We’d definitely stay here again. The ppl who own it care about this place and you can tell.

Loved this place, great landscaping nice pool area ( water could be a bit cooler for the HOT Texas weather) but still enjoyed it .. nice gazebo even has bbq grill by the pool..breakfast was eggs and sausage gravy with biscuits and the rest was standard continental breakfast, tx shaped waffles! Great service, and was able to check in early ! My family loved staying there, pizza joint next door and gabochos Mexican close by great food!

Ok rooms but I did notice the alarm clock was blinking and I thought it didn't work wich its fine but then I used the small microwave and the small coffee maker at the same time and the light of the room went out. I was making myself a coffee, when I pressed the start bottom of the microwave and puff, no light. We had to go to the guest desk to let them know about the issues and then theyfixedx it. Thats when I notice that alarm clock blinking again, I figured that they keep having issues with the electricity in that room, maybe that is why that clock is always blinking, and the owners of the hotel keep renting it. That room was not very good, AC didn't work properly either. It felt so much humidit, and it was not fresh enough. And before leaving I saw a little animal inside that room. It was not a nice stay.

The room was clean and the hotel was quiet, except for the room's a/c system. The humming drove me nuts! But that might just be me. After breakfast, I went to the lady at the front counter and asked the latest I could check out. Normal check out is 11, but she said I could stay until 12. She asked my room number so she could put the time change in the computer. Around 11 housekeeping knocked on the door, even though it said "do not disturb" and asked why I was still there. I told her I had permission to stay an extra hour. At 11:15 I got a phone call asking why I stayed beyond the check out time. I told the person on the phone I spoke face to face with someone and they put it into the computer I could stay until noon, but not to worry I'd be out in 5 minutes. They said, "that's fine." I didn't appreciate being bothered after I already had permission to stay longer, and I watched the girl I spoke to type into the computer. So unless she made a mistake and noted someone else's room, the front desk people and housekeeping, should check the notes before disturbing their guests. My other complaint is that I never get a text from La Quinta telling me my room is ready. When you go through the reservation process online it asks you when you plan to arrive. Check in is 3:00, but it gives you the option to request an earlier check in. I did request the earlier check in, and then I checked the box that asked if I'd like a text alert letting me know the room is ready. I check the box to receive a text and enter my phone number every time I make a reservation with La Quinta, but like I mentioned, I've yet to actually receive the text. So I waited until 3:30 before trying to check into the hotel. Please fix your text alert system! It would be a nice feature, or please tell me why it doesn't seem to work for me. Thank you.

My stay at the Seabrook La Quinta was excellent. The service provided by the staff both when setting up my reservation as well as during the stay was very good and all the employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable and, just as important, clean. The complimentary toiletries seemed slightly better here than other comparable hotels which was appreciated. The only negatives about my stay where that the TV remote had some broken buttons (not a big deal to me at all) and the fitness center was closed for upgrades or maintenance (also not a big deal as my stay was very brief).
