Totally awesome!!! Our room was large and they let us check in early. The only negative was that the WiFi didn’t work. I have AT&T and even had difficulty getting good cell coverage there (4 star only because of poor WiFi). The hotel had a nice breakfast, and hot water and coffee in the lobby 24 hrs/day. The front desk staff were helpful and courteous. Great location. Super close to grocery, movie theater, restaurants and even a laundry. Ask for a room towards the back to avoid freeway noise. Best part: the indoor jacuzzi was HOT. Felt so good and the pool was heated too. Both very clean. This was great because it rained most of our visit so we could not use the outdoor pool but we’re glad they had one indoor also. We also used the gym. Small but really nice machines (elliptical and treadmills).

Got a room here for new years so that my boys could swim, thought it would be fun… As soon as we opened the door to our room this awful smell hit us in the face. It was so intense that we decided to prop the door open and leave for awhile to try and air it out. It did not work. We went to the pool, its indoor surrounded by tile, my son slipped and fell about 6 times before I finally was just over it. We ended up staying at a friends place that night and only came back to check out. Do not recommend and there is no playground.

Sanchex went out of his way to help my husband get his door dash delivery when it was delivered to the wrong hotel (at La Quinta kingwood). My husband had been working 15 hours that day and was exhausted. He wasn't even staying there but drove there because that's where the delivery driver left it. Sanchex was so kind and understanding and ran straight up to the second floor to retrieve the missing food. Thank you for going above and beyond Sanchex!

I’ve stayed at many hotels but you almost kind of know what you’re getting the moment you walk in. My first impression was the smell of clean. It wasn’t a “covering up a bad smell” clean…it was “real” clean. Walking down the hall to our room we noticed everything was updated and modern. The carpets were meticulously vacuumed without any stains. When we walked in our room, everything was spotless..the bathroom was glistening. The bed was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good with eggs, potatoes, sausage and waffles. Coffee was fresh. The room price was very fair. The management of this hotel cares. It shows in every way. You can be assured of a great experience when you choose this hotel.
