My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel. It was clean, the rooms were spacious and the location was close to so much. Walmart is within walking distance as is several places to eat. The breakfast at the hotel was great. Not the same hot food everyday, so good selection from biscuits and gravy and smoked sausage, to bacon, eggs, to sausage patties, eggs and potatoes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this property during the holiday season with my husband and our two children. From the moment we arrived, the experience was extremely disappointing. As soon as I walked in, the air felt dirty and had a strong odor of mold and cannabis, which was very concerning, especially while traveling with children. The first night was nearly impossible to sleep because the air conditioning was not functioning properly. On top of that, I observed serious cleanliness and hygiene issues. It appeared that the housekeeping manager was training staff to clean floors using the same washcloths guests use for bathing, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, trash cans in common areas were consistently overflowing and left full for days at a time. I also want to mention an uncomfortable interaction during breakfast. I generally avoided eating there, but on one occasion I served myself dry cereal. When a few pieces accidentally fell on the floor, a staff member stared at me with visible anger. Out of instinct, I immediately grabbed a broom and cleaned it myself. This interaction made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed rather than supported as a guest. Overall, I did not feel taken care of or welcomed during our stay. Given the sanitation concerns, maintenance issues, and lack of hospitality, this was not the experience I expected—especially while staying with my family during the holidays. I made several attempts to contact management with no response. After speaking with one of the staff I was advised that I would receive a full refund and I never did and I have no choice but to contact local enforcement and report a consumer protection complaint, especially when I was charged a service that was not provided.

Beautiful hotel, my accessible room was amazing. Staff are wonderful, breakfast was awesome and love that coffee machine. Many thanks to the little lady who prepares breakfast. Food is wonderful and she is so sweet and friendly.

Excellent place to stay , good location very close to famous stores like Walmart, Target, TJ Maxx & Ross. Very clean to say remodeling is going on. Great customer service. The breakfast was good. You can make your own waffle in Texas map shape was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

First time at this hotel. The room we had was clean and freshly painted. No rugs in the rooms, just regular flooring. We will be back for sure.
